After not having luck at 2 different shops in town, I took my car to Waycross Auto Repair. Tim was able to fix my cars A/C in a very timely manner. And the price was well below other estimates. Very thankful for the staff there. Highly recommend.
Went in on a Friday, late morning. The issue was my hood cable wasn't attached and my hood would not open. I asked what could be done to at least get the hood open so I could go get an oil change. The response? They immediately went into, oh well we are going to need to order parts, and they may not be available because of the age of the car, and we wont be able to get to it until Monday because it's almost lunch and we are trying to go home early, etc. I was kind of disappointed based on the reviews they had, so I left.
Two blocks away I ran into a Carl's Auto Repair. Again, I described the issue and offered him 50 bucks to just get it working for me. Not only did he not accept my money, but he got my hood fixed and rigged without the cable so I could go get my oil change today and all in under 10 minutes!!!! Carl's Auto Repair has just earned a customer for life! Sorry Waycross Auto Repair, but your customer service skills are lacking. People don't want excuses, they just want their car fixed.
Friendly, nice honest people. Reasonable pricing. Quick turnaround. New to town and searched many repair options, I will be returning for all of my service needs.
Installed the 6-volt AGM batteries bought at Interstate Batteries around the corner from their store and did a great job!! I highly recommend them for quick and efficient service needs.

They charged a $60 fee for diagnostic after I didn’t want to move forward with a $1000 repair quote on my air conditioner
