In my experience the car comes out perfectly every time. I use the soft touch lane. My car is worth the $20 to get the full deal which scrubs off your tires as you drive out slowly. I like the fact that the owners are locals. The laundromat answers calls for any needs you may have related to the car wash. Whole new set up, does a great job! ~Sept 1, 2023.
Does not clean your car at all. Left with a bunch of stuff still on my car. Only thing this place is good for is to my wash the salt off my lifted trucks frame.
Newly renovated car wash & my car didn't come clean the first time through, so I contacted the technician who checked my car over and noticed a greasy substance on the car. He put me back through the wash & made sure the car was clean and was super nice about it. The greasy substance isn't something that a car wash would normally take care of so my thanks to Louis for professional, courteous service!
Worst car wash ever. The products do not come out till you are half way done with the vehicle and you spend more time going over what you already did then actually cleaning the car. I spent 17 dollars to do it myself and a quarter gives you less the 20 seconds. The "stop" button does not stop the clock like others do, but saves the car wash water. One of the biggest scams I have ever seen. Save yourself money and aggravation and just go to catskill! Best car wash around.
This car wash just got an amazing remodel! New touch free and soft cloth hybrid tunnel automatic washes. All new self serve equipment - building renovation and lighting. It’s a whole new experience!
14$ car wash that doesn't clean your car. It took not one dirty spot off my Kia Soul. I don't go mud bogging. No reason it shouldn't clean normal dirt and grime off the car. The vacuum doesn't work properly either
Went here a few days ago and the second washing bay had quarters jammed into the machine where you pay. I didn't notice until I had put two in and first one never went down into the machine. Had a fun time trying to pry them out but only got one out. The machine kept switching to soap even though I only ever pressed the water rinse button. Please save your money and go to the car wash in Catskill (much better machines and service to help out there). This place is a total rip off for the machines not working properly and jamming any coins you put into the payment slot. Left streaks of soap all over my car - not worth the hassle at all.
Do yourself a favor, grab a glass of water and a paper towel. Throw the water on you car and wipe it off with the paper towel. Now your car is cleaner than the job this place does. The worst rip off ….do not use this facility unless you want to throw 10 dollars in the trash. Horrible horrible quality and your car will never get clean. Go to Catskill or Hudson. Stay away from these guys.ALSO…they own the laundromat and dry cleaners…..yep, enough said. Don’t patronize a business that doesn’t care about their customer and just keeps emptying the cash machine while walking away.
