Very bad costumer service when ever I went to fix my car problem in return i got another problem also you have to wait for 3 to 4 hours, if your work shop is busy you should tell the drivers to come tomorrow or give them an appointment. you have no right to charge for labour money and keep them wating. this is ridiculous i will never go back to this shop.
Bad wait times, unresponsive mechanics, crazy language barrier and deficient customer interaction. I waited some time and gave several chances to this place before writing this review.
You go inside the shop and they tell you to "check with one of the boys" regarding any of your issues.
You go to the "boys" and they barely make eye contact, some are idling around doing nothing it seems. You tell them your issue and you wait a ridiculous amount of time even though the mechanics are idling around. If you finally get a hold of any of them they aren't very friendly and look like they hate their job. Overheard one of the new mechanics insulting me for whatever reason when I went to get a wheel replaced, in his native language, which the guy thought I couldn't understand.
Some dude shows up and one of the new mechanics scratched his white BMW while servicing it and instead of sending one or two mechanics to deal with him, they all crowd around and listen to the customer freaking out, leaving customers waiting. I left because I didn't have time to wait and came back the next day.
Another incident I went to see if there's a tyre puncture and the mechanic decided to rip off my entire wheel and throw it on the ground to check, completely disregarding my alloys.
I got my car serviced here and the service was generally good, but they failed to give a receipt or paper explaining what they did like other mechanics do.
The owner is a nice guy and makes sure you get what you want done, and one or two of the mechanics are pretty good like Rondhi, probably the only one with decent English skills and actual talent. Asad is alright if you can get a hold of him too.
This garage can get the work you want done which is why I give it two stars but getting a hold of a mechanic and talking to them feels like being constantly redirected to different numbers when you call up your phone service provider.
Would give a 1 star if I could. I’ve been a few times and consistently been disappointed and that’s my mistake for going there out of convenience but they’re nothing but headache. They’d happily carry out work/ tell you what you need without quoting to only surprise you when they tell you to go in store to pay as if they don’t want to see your face when the inside staff tell you how much they basically want to steal from you. The staff inside especially are extremely rude and so unhelpful. Disgusting customer service. The jobs I’ve had done are basic which anyone can carry out yet they want to charge dealer prices after making you wait 45+ mins and serving people that have come before you. At least have the courtesy of giving the dealer experience and respect if you’re going for that vibe.
Would not recommend.
Amazing customer service, Suresh (the owner) is very helpful, always makes me feel welcomed . Will be coming here from now on. Sorted my tyres out for cheap and a job well done :))
Called in for a tyre change, when I got there apparently the tyre wasn’t available, definitely a language barrier there. After talking to the Asian mechanic which gave 10/10 service and seemed like the only person working there, had found the tyre. There rest of the staff was rude, unhelpful & argumentative, I also waited a extra 45 minutes to get the 1 tyre changed. I don’t recommend this place at all !!!

Extremely unprofessional and rude workers. Even the females at the payment counter have no manners. Customer service doesn't exist in this place. Please avoid other places are cheaper.
Brilliant people. And stuff. The Asian engineer was a top guy , and managed to access my service lights in my BMW even though Halfords said it could not be done
Did a major BMW service for £135, with all branded parts. BMW would have charged me £400 for it.
