The absolute worst dentist that I have ever been to and that is saying a lot. If you happen to see this review, DO NOT GO. save yourself. I'm being for real. The cast majority of these positive reviews must be fake. You would simply not have a positive experience in this office. Do not be fooled by the receptionist's sweet voice. Yes the receptionist and the dental assistant seem like nice people. But Dr Debra is horrible, and she's the one who's in your mouth. She's not a doctor. She's a snake oil used car salesman. She's so mean. There are a few specific incidents that I wont recall here because I don't want her identifying me from this review. However, I can say some general things. She was verbally abusive. She has absolutely no respect. She spoke very quickly and harshly and then made me feel stupid for not understanding. She suggested a bunch of unnecessary procedures in a sneaky and aggressive way. Yanked my mouth open taut and then blamed me for bleeding. Insulted my oral hygiene. The office has you fill out so much unnecessary and repetitive paperwork. It was such a waste of time. I didn't really learn anything about my mouth. It just ruined my day and sent me into a spiral of depression. I'm never ever going back here. This person made me lose faith entirely in the dental industry. Save yourself time and money. If you want to be treated with even a modicum of respect, stay far away.
Dr. Rosenblatt, honest and great bed side manner! Very detailed in explaining what needed to be done & no pressure to commit to treatment! The office personnel works great with your insurance.
Worse dentist I have ever been . Don’t go to this place. They don’t deserve not even one star.the place is dirty and smell bad. They make you fill out so many paper like 20 pages. Dr Rosenblatt Is so rude and hard to understand. She has no patience and things so fast that hurt you !! Two days later and still in pain. Will never go back to this place. I’m traumatized !!!
I took both my kids to the doctor and she explained everything for me. I was going to different doctors but I’m sorry to say that but just wanna make money that’s all and I recommend this actor for everybody. She’s an honest and tell you as it thank you
Dr Rosenblatt speaks extremely quickly when I asked her to speak slower and explain more thoroughly she got annoyed. She has rough mannerisms. Her vocabulary is not professional .She held the mirror up to indicate the condition of a particular tooth however her hand was blocking my view of the tooth when I mentioned three times that I could not see the tooth she got exasperated. Parking is extremely difficult at this office .
I have nothing positive to say. If there was anything lower than 1 star, that would be most accurate. Most unprofessional dentist or medical doctor I have ever encountered. Had an appointment at 10am. Arrived and the associate had called to notify me doctor had an emergency and wouldn’t be in. She had called me multiple times. The only call I was aware of was the one that came through in my car two minutes before my
appointment. The other calls were after I had left my house. Then, while I was there I scheduled an appointment at the same time two days later. When I arrived the office was closed. I waited 15 minutes. A staff member arrived and apologized. She didn’t know if the dentist was coming in. ****Do not proceed until you have located her ridiculously detailed onboarding form on the website that must be completed.**** The only question she forgot to ask was the hour, minute and second when you peed last. There is another dentist, Dr. Patel. right down the street who is professional in every way.
Im highly satisfied with Dr.Rosenblatt she explained every proceedure very well and the staff was excelent the teeth bleaching is the Best in Town. IM
All the young lady's in this office was very pleasant and I was very comfortable with the I highly recommend this office . Thank you and look forward to coming back to next appointment.
