Best KPortal Reviews
Can't say I've ever had a bad experience in all the years that I have been going here. Yes like all doctors they are extremely busy and things may fall through the cracks from time to time, but people only focus on leaving a bad review in the 1 time in years, something goes wrong! Thank you for consistently fantastic service and I forgive the very few times you didn't get it quite right, as you are only human working in an extremely busy environment.
Currently been undergoing a virus for 3 weeks coughing and sneezing all day and night. I have asthma aswell which doesn’t help as when I have a blocked nose I feel I can’t breathe. I phoned up and received an appointment right away to be then wakened up 2 hours later by a rude receptionist who cancelled my appointment saying they “don’t do appointments for colds”. Mind you I havnt been able to do my normal day to day routine and have been told to go to the pharmacy.
Absolutely awful customer care, receptionists seemingly don’t seem to care and are short and rude with patients, especially over the phone.
No privacy in the waiting room and patients details and personal issues are shouted out loudly with no care of sensitive issues.
Doctors often just pass the book and tell you to go to a&e as a-pose to referring to specialists or taking the time to delve into issues. Also next to impossible to get an appointment
Gone massively down hill over the years, such a shame.
Would give zero stars if it was an option.

Had to ring 30-40 times just to get through, and when I eventually did get through they would tell me to ring earlier (even at 8:30am!). Even on the days where I could get through at 8am, they would still give me appointments weeks later because they were booked up. The receptionist also think they are doctors and are no help at all. My prescriptions were never put through and I’d have to go longer without medication than needed to multiple times due to “system glitches”
Always polite and professional on the odd occasion that I need to contact them. Appointments have always been convenient and take into account the urgency of the situation. Keep up the good work ????????
I never complain but I'm really upset with my experience today to the point i feel i need to leave this feedback. Had a lovely appointment and was told to go pick up my prescription from Boots in about an hours time. Drove over to the retail park to kill some time until my prescription would be ready. After an hour and a half was told at Boots that they had not received it yet. I rang the surgery to query and was told by a polite lady it hadn't been signed yet but she will try and get it signed whilst I'm waiting in Boots; we agreed for me to ring back in 10mins to check. I called back in 20mins to give extra time to be rudely told by another lady that the GPs are busy dealing with emergency appointments and that prescription signing isnt a priorty so to try after 17:30pm. I tried to explain the above and the same thing was just repeated to me that it's not a priority.
I'm very aware that Dr's are busy and I do not think my time is more important than others! I was only following the instructions given to me and I don't appreciate the way I've been spoken to or my 2 wasted hours!
Receptionists are so rude!
Really need to work on their customer service skills.
They speak to you like your stupid and causing a major inconvenience for them doing their job.
Definitely need more training.
It’s got to be the worst medical practice ever, the receptionists are rude and unhelpful. The pharmacy has never had a single medication me or my family has asked for and that includes emergency prescriptions. I had an appointment last week cancelled last minute on the day which I was waiting THREE weeks for. With promises to reschedule which never happened to later find out it was and I was never told about so it looks like I’ve skipped it. I asked to see a doctor and they have given me a phone call appointment. To tell me my symptoms weren’t important enough to have a doctor see me this week. The closest they could get me in is on Thursday next week. Which will no doubt be cancelled and rescheduled again. My health is suffering and I’m only a young girl so I’m not sure what to do anymore but I hope this is going to help someone who’s looking for a doctors surgery not to go to this one.
