I dropped off my car and asked for a Diagnosis, the mechanic told me to leave my car and he’ll run the scanner and call me to pick it up, but when arrived later on he said there were no codes yet proceeded to do a “tune up” without notice or my permission and charged me $400 when I had already done the tune up on my car myself and did not request work to be done, he proceeded to lie to me and tell me that my oil filter, cabin filter, spark plugs were all dirty unknowing I had just changed all those things out myself the day prior, do not waste your time, they’re major scammers.
I got my brakes done and all new tires. When i picked the car up my tire pressure light was on, the guy said he thought it came in like that and when he was told no it was never on he said well I don't have the equipment to erase it and the sensor light is broke. The light was fine coming into the shop, no issues. The next day I'm driving down to wawa and the car starts shaking and making lots of noise, i had to go back home immediately thinking the brakes were bad. My husband checked all the tires and 2 lugnuts were never tightened. The guy at the desk was super nice and friendly but the skinny guy is so rude, this is the second time he has been nasty through the years.
Jim and Dan are great mechanics with more than reasonable prices. I took my 2009 Honda Civic there for an oil change, brakes, rotors and brand new tires. They even came in lower than their original estimate. Will definitely be giving them my business in the future.
I moved to this area and was considering where to bring my jalopy since I have to travel everyday to work. My friends from church recommended Art's. I've had a number of issues with my car and checked prices around including the car dealer and you simply can't beat Art's prices and knowledgeable service. I learned Art's dad started the business and if he could see it now, he'd be proud of his two boys/men. They are down to earth, honest, respectful and fair. What a deal! Thank you!
While on vacation in North Wildwood, our Lexus shut down in the middle of the road. Feeling stranded and very vulnerable, we thankfully found Art's Auto through our cousin who lives on the island. We had our car towed on Friday morning with high hopes that it would be repaired in time for our rental check out time on Saturday and it was! I didn't give 5-stars because I called a few times to get an eta on when it could be fixed. They are pretty busy, which is a good thing so I understand why they weren't able to assess an exact time. Each time I spoke to them they were courteous, friendly and kept their word. They also did not take advantage of our situation and charged us a fair price.
I was recently camping at acorn campground near Art's. When I was getting gas across the street a man at the gas station told me my front tire was low. I tried to fill it with the gas station pump but it did not have enough air pressure to fill my Motorhome tire. I pulled across the street to Art's and he was happy to help me. Made my day! Thank you Art's Auto Services.

I do not recommend this place, I asked for USED tires. One of the guys checked to see if he had them and he said we do not have them USED. I said so how much are they BRAND NEW. Another guy came up with the price and I said I am ok, I will go to Walmart they are cheaper. He said, well I don’t know why your here, BYE! And I walked out. I am 20 years old, with NOT a lot of money, I WANT the cheapest ones I can get so figured I could get used ones. As I was walking out he said ENJOY YOUR CHINESE tires. I do not recommend this place if your just trying to see what your options are.. very ignorant people.

Great place! Dan was very friendly and professional. Along with an oil change he filled my tires and gave me a calendar. This is my new go-to!
