This is a great White Castle location. The staff here are on point. The food was great. Everyone seemed to be in a great mood despite being busy. Kerri was great and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. The restaurant was very clean. It was really easy to find using Google Maps. There is plenty of free parking in their lot around their building.

The burgers are average.

Nothing fancy, nothing spectacular. However, the employees were upbeat, had music they enjoyed listening to on & the girls making the burgers were singing to & the head girl there with red in her hair was amazing. Made the trip for food fun, enjoyable & a pleasure to go to on our way home to Ft Wayne.

She is a people person & did a fantastic job.

Not a great experience at all! Ordered online and went to go pick it up. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted at all and the gal working the counter was having a conversation with one of her friends when I walked up and that seemed to be more important than taking care of any customers. She didn't ask "How can I help you?" or "What can I do for you today?", it was "What do you want?" which made me feel like I was burdening her. I told her I had an online order and she handed me my drink cups and when I went to go get my drinks from the machine, they were out of most everything and I only had 2-3 options to choose from. The whole place seemed rather dirty with trashcans overflowing, stuff all over the floor, and the drink station was GROSS. My food came out fairly quickly, however, I had specifically requested in the app in BIG bold letters that I didn't want ANY onions as I can't have them. I've eaten at other White Castle Locations and nobody has ever had an issue with this so I didn't figure it would be that big of a deal. Upon getting back to my hotel room and un-wrapping my sandwhich, it seemed as if they had mistaken NO onions for EXTRA onions, which didn't make me a happy camper at all! Probably won't return to this location anytime soon.

I witnessed what I can only say was some of the most heartless behavior I have ever seen.. me and my wife stopped in for a case of sliders The person in front of us in line was clearly homeless he was scraping together change to buy a slider and a cup of coffee The cashier fleeced him and shamed him to get a donation for habitat for humanity that person is supposed to be getting those donations.. I didn't say anything my jaw was on the floor... But I am posting this here because I was shocked and appalled.. have a little bit of human decency please... If someone looks like they're homeless you might not want to ask them for a donation it's bad karma..

They were concentrating too much on getting orders out and not listening to the customer. I wanted mine without cheese and told them so. And they repeated it back to me and I still got my white castle doubles with cheese.. they ruined the food. .. As we were driving, no time to go back and correct the order

We live on the opposite side of town, and by the time we get home our food is still HOTTTTT!!!! We eat here often for that very reason, and they rarely ever mess up. I dont think they ever have matter of fact

Went through late night after arriving in Indianapolis. Had the spicy sloppy joe one of the best burgers White castles ever. Also got three original surprise which were crispy and cold beverage. Excellent experience five stars all the way

The Lady at the drive thru window wasn't friendly.. the food was good and hot.. Not bad for a quick bite to eat while traveling
