They mixed up the sizes on the frosties and didn't even bother melting the ???? cheese
I went inside to order the cashier was eating food and didn't bother to swallow before saying "what you want?" The ice was out so they filled my cups in back, while bringing them to me his dirty fingers were inside my cup! I stood there for 2 minutes and then he rudely asked what I needed and I replied "do I have to do something special for my change?" He never gave me my change which was almost $10......then acted like that was my fault that he was too high to do his job. Place was filthy we will never be back
The app is so complicated. To use an offer or reward. I chose a free small frosty. Took 200 points & it tells you to add 1 to your order so I did & I paid $ for it. I didn't have time to mess w/ it. We need fast & easy.
I do not like to leave thumbs down reviews typically just positive or nothing ,but lately there are two things I really dont want to see so much. 1.)Businesses absolutely rejecting any deals coupons rewards etc and still provide you with good product and friendly service. When it comes to deals nobody knows but if you choose to show and insist they make a lap and say my manager said no, No what? No won't use coupon? No it's not real? No not the mama? No deal? deal or no deal? With a monotone voice we get our order taken almost told they had no dr. Pepper but she then said never mind and gave us root beer but said nothing the only drink the other passenger would not drink he doesn't do root beer so it unfortunately did matter. Then we get just biggie combo no add one or up charges and a tiny frosty the total is over $10 this had never happened so I get online I see coupons for Feb 2024 which it is currently. We show them it does not say online or anything it literally says just take to store. Drive thru attendant says umm idk so I'm like ok well it says 24 and in store and only $5 biggie she says nothin walks away and comes back says my manager says no. That is all she said I dropped it let it go and stayed polite bought the food got a second order then realize nuggets are old fries are old and hard and burger was garden envy with a majority lettuce and ok but not the best. Frostys were two Inches below the rim. Also they did have Dr pepper. ???? Nothing terrible. nothing great at all. Price doubled quality seriously reduced from all other experiences just a standing example of a clear lose lose unsatisfied customers probably lead to unhappy employees which lead to poor service and food and round and round. Wendy's please don't do this don't be like all the others. you have never.
Your employees weren't bad just clearly unhappy and that is sad I do not want to blame or hinder them bless them.
42$ for 3 meals is ridiculous. Too expensive and the food wasn't even that good. Bland French fries, I shouldn't HAVE to put ketchup on fries to make them taste good. There wasn't enough mayo or ketchup on the burgers and they really cheaped out on the amount of bacon they put on them. Didn't even want to finish my 14$ burger. I'm a 17 year old who never writes reviews saying this not some 43 year old karen who has nothing better to do. L wendys.
$60 to feed 5 people (3 kids) is ridiculous enough, but then they still managed to forget a substantial portion of the order. Didn't even receive a receipt to be able to get it fixed.
I love this Wendy's. Some Wendy's are sketchy but this one is top notch. Employees are nice, it's clean and the food is always the right temperature. The new breakfast is great! Real eggs, soft biscuits with crispy tops, and breakfast potatoes that taste like curly fries.
The staff at the Choctaw Wendy's are the best. They have great baked potatoes.If your a senior you can get a free drink.
