There can be literally no one in line and there is still a wait. The customer service is trash, and they take forever. The produce is over ripe and they have casual condos while you wait in line. Who tf is the manager here. This location is trash and the staff don't give af. Do they even have a GM at this location? Or even a RM. I've never seen poor service like this. 2 in drive through, I reversed out of drive thought, went inside and and was told to wait....nobody in line....2 in drive through...location is empty...do better at prep. I'VE MANAGED LOCATIONS AND THIS IS TRASH. THIS IS MY 3RD BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION AND THEY ARE RUDE! KAMOKILA BLVD IS THE BEST LOCATION HANDS DOWN! The manager there is super respectful and helpful and know how to run a business.
Three times they mess up on our order in the drive thru. chicken is absolutely old and hard. Chicken sandwich annd nuggets were complete trash. everything is cold. i’m am so dissatisfied and disappointed. First of all they mess up our order & I believe charging us more than we should’ve, did not give us a receipt. We did receive a random chili and crackers in our bag that wasn’t ours and surprisingly that was only thing a little warm. They forgot my chips that comes with the Nacho Salad. & our JBC was absolutely cold as well. We didn’t get a single thing that was actually hot or fresh. Taste like we got food that was sitting out for over 6 hours on a counter top.
Wife and I ordered 2 Cobb salads and while hers was fine, my tomatoes and the section of lettuce that the tomatoes were on tasted & smelled VERY strongly of bleach. Service at this location is always horrible no matter if you are inside or in drive thru. Better off going across the street to Chick-fil-A or Jollibees.
So, I want to preface this by saying that I’ve always received amazing service from this location and, in my opinion, their fast food is the best on this side of the island. Today, something must have been off because I almost bit down on this 1 inch long screw while eating my burger. Pretty disappointed, as it was such a tasty burger. Staff, please check to make sure all screws and bolts are tightened regularly as this could have turned out pretty bad for someone else.
For some reason I typically come here when I am in this area and craving a decent burger. Got the Dave's Double large combo meal. My order came out quickly, I wasn't even done filling up my drink from their fountain machine when they called my order. My burger was fresh and tasty! The fries never disappoint...so far my orders have always come with fries freshly made.
Not even close!!! This is by far the nicest Wendy’s I have personally ever been to. It could be a nightclub. Chill places to sit, good music. Brian was amazing. Recommended the vanilla iced coffee that changed my religion. The food was perfectly wrapped and tasted above par.
No lie. In this area besides chess cake, is the best place to eat. Food+Exp

Service SUCKS here!! Last night on BOTH fountain drinks machines there was MAYBE 3 drinks available. The counter person had an attitude when we asked if she could just fill our drinks behind the counter. Then the manager on duty walks out of her office just to see the lines, the turns righ back around and heads back to her office, but NOT before yelling "who's supposed to be out there!?" And then the tables were all dirty, the inside of the drink dispenser was filthy, I d8dnt even wanna set my cup down inside of it.
Wendy's has always been a much better restaurant than McDonald's but this specific Wendy's is far higher quality than any other on the island. Service with a smile (no other restaurant on Hawaii has this good customer service) and great ingredients.
This restaurant also has a bacon-cooking machine that no other store has, and cooks bacon PERFECT and crispy. I got a bad tomato on accident, so they immediately replaced it with probably the most perfect tomato (and sandwhich) I've seen. It was essentially commercial quality.
