This Wendy's is so foul. I work in the shopping center it's located in. Me and my fellow employees all joke about how gross the food is here. It's always old, been under the heat lamps way too long. I swear they hire nothing but intellectually disadvantaged people too. Not a knock on them but....you have to have at least a couple employees with normal IQs to keep things under control.
I will only get chicken nuggets at this place now because anything I ever get a burger the meat is dried and hours old. Gross.
They are ALWAYS out of something. Coke, barbecue sauce, a specific meal....always something or multiple things. I don't know how you can serve chicken nuggets as one of your biggest menu items but not have BARBECUE SAUCE for WEEKS on end lol. Whoever runs this store is a derelict and just does not give a flying you know what. You will get cold fries, your burger will taste weird because it's OLD, and the soda here tastes nasty too.
It's so disappointing too because when Wendy's food is actually fresh, it's really good. A burger that's right off their grill is fantastic. But these mouth breathers here cook the meat at 12 pm and probably let it sit all day without cooking more. So you're getting a meat patty that's dried and disgusting.
The only reason I visit Wendy's is for the fish. They have a truly fantastic panko crusted fish sandwich. It seems that they begin serving fish near Fat Tuesday. Near Easter they run out of fish and do not serve again until the next year. Wendy's fish sandwich is by far the best fish sandwich of any fast food restaurant and even better than many regular restaurant fish sandwiches. Did I mention the fish?
Wendy's needs to get a grip.
Was in there with my husband for lunch. Not only did they mess up the order, but the stand alone soda machine was leaking so badly that there was a very large 10-ft puddle on the floor. Every time you tried to get ice, the water would leak from the machine and literally pour from the bottom of the cabinet next to it. There were times when the water was about a half an inch deep! I slipped in the water once and twisted my back, but no one ever came to fix it, and no one in the store knew how to turn the water off.
Where do I even begin: First off, the chick running the front counter was personality-free, not to mention rude. Second, their scanner was broken, so I couldn’t earn points in the app (they still let me use a coupon in the app, by inputting the discount in the register manually without using my app), which sucked because I have a lot of points. ????????????
Ordered 2 biggie bags and a nugget meal didn't receive straws or any sauce. Amd everythinf was freezing cold Seemed like it was the guy at the drive thru first and last day
Foods always good but the service is disappointing. They make it feel like it’s inconvenient to talk to them. When I had items missing from my order, very dismissive and rude when asking for it to be corrected.
I've tried to avoid going to this Wendy's since the quality has been lower than others in the area. Well they had a re-opening and I thought I'd give them another shot on my way home. Big mistake, halfway through my chicken sandwich I find it's only been cooked at the edges. I'll absolutely never be going back.
This is a typical fast food restaurant. I've never had a problem with the food or service. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is I had to rate atmosphere. There's not much atmosphere in a fast food restaurant.
