Stopped here for a quick bite while visiting Point Pleasant. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich and it was hot and delicious. The fries were also fresh and crisp. There was plenty of parking and there was no wait, yet the food was freshly prepared. I definitely give this visit a thumbs up.
Where do I start? Point Pleasant Wendy’s has gone down hill on the night shift. I stop here almost every night after work. I’m not one to complain and I have years of restaurant experience. I’m currently a restaurant manager for a local business in town so I understand things happen. However this week is out of control every time I have stopped here my order has been messed up. I generally order the 5 for 5. However they ask you what sauce you want yet you never get it. Last week I called to let them know they made my food wrong. Ok I get it things happen. However sat Monday and now tonight my food has been wrong every time. I don’t know if they aren’t paying attention or if they flat out don’t care. However tonight is my last night going there. I’ve been going there for years but the customer service has went down hill along with the food. Point pleasant Wendy’s you can do better
Well, where do I start for one thing my barbecue sauce was missing, the hamburger I asked to be prepared, was exclusively denied. Even when I was walking in on my day off the place wasn’t that friendly at all? I would not recommend coming here at all.
The cashier was very kind and helpful. He was understanding and patient.
The people working there seemed to be a jovial bunch. Lots of laughing and camaraderie. They all appeared to enjoy being there.
I am very satisfied with food and service.
I ordered the nugget combo. They asked what sauce I would like. I tell them. I get home to no sauce at all!!
The isn't very friendly here at all. I have been here numerous times and it seems to be that they do not enjoy working there. I had to wait on fries and they were still not hot. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I visit here occasionally and it disappoints me every time.
