Wendy's is usually good. This visit, my baconator had the topings of a Jr. bacon and NO bacon. I wasn't driving the fifteen minutes back to get it corrected. Or for warm fries since they were cold. Burger was fresh though.
This Wendy's has great staff. Plus I door dash there for the Loris community. I get my customers food to them at a great time. Did you know we deliver to a wide range of area around Loris??? Placed order online for a cheeseburger without the bun due to allergy. Received in bun. Gave burger back and said we needed it without bun due to allergy. They simply took it off the bun and put in a container. Pieces of bun remaining on burger. This is not safe!
They are generally really great with orders, but…
They ALWAYS serve the frostys melted & today was no exception. I went to try their Orange dreamsicile & couldn't even enjoy it. Bad customor service as well as the employees just be glaring at you. Never going there again, a 30 minutes drive to wendy's in myrtle is a lot more worth it.
Just a ridiculously terrible visit at this Wendy's. I placed a mobile order as I almost always do for fast food. Order went through just fine. Got to the drive up to wait 20 minutes in line (that's OK, they were busy) only to be told that they did not have my order. Told them I had it right there on my mobile device, paid and receipt but was told that didn't matter because they didn't have it. Never asked me how I wanted to resolve it, just kept insisting that they didn't have the order and that was the end of the story.
Being out here in Loris, when fast food restaurants are limited one would likely expect fast food restaurants to be open in accordance to the hours posted right? Wrong. Despite hours of operation clearly posted on doors explicitly on windows and doors. Upon arrival there was another driver whom had just pulled off as we pulled up at at 1:38am and waited at intercom til nearly 1:44 before proceeding to window. At window there were two (pink) iced drinks and visible where 1 if not 2 workers whom blatantly ignored us. No apologies as for why the drive through was closed, no notices posted and in otherwords presented unethical business practices.
Got through the drive-thru very quickly. Customer service was great and food was hot
Walked up to register. Didn’t get greeted. Had to ask the cashier if she was ready. With 1 earbud in she says what? I said are you ready for my order she says sure go ahead. Had to repeat like my whole order back to this girl. Then my food came out. Missing chili stuff like crackers and hot sauce. Had to ask for that. And while she was getting my chili sauce she just threw it on the counter and walked away. Atmosphere is terrible. Poorly managed. Food takes forever every time.
