Stopped in on a friend’s recommendation and Verde lived up to the hype. Great atmosphere, reasonable prices, really good tacos with fresh ingredients and fast service. How can you go wrong there? I’ll definitely stop back again when I’m close!
I went here last night and the food was very greasy. I have eaten here before and it was ok but tonight it was really bad. There was a nasty bay leave in my taco which is a seasoning leave not meant to be served or eaten!
I told the manager (Adam) in a polite way that the food is not up to par tonight and pointed out the pool of grease all over the taco and under the taco on the plate and the stale greasy rice and he got angry and started arguing with me. He even said in a condescending way "what do you want me to do about it?"
Ok so maybe you are busy now but keep serving food like that and keep acting like this and you will swiftly go out of business. I know I wont be back. Besides the music is way too loud and it’s $50 for 4 tacos and some chips and salsa with no drinks. No thanks, there are way better places to go in Boulder for that price.

Where to start?! Seth is great, he served my husband and I today when we stopped in. Great margaritas & ranch waters! Guac is on point and it’s served with warm tortilla chips, spicy chicken tacos are exactly as described.. SPICY, but delicious. We were impressed & will be back next time we are around, the lime rice was so good too! Thanks for the great service and food!
We loved the decor and the food was amazing. They had a meat of the day which was a Sweet pulled pork and my hubby got it in his enchiladas which he loved. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The dessert waffle was sooo good! Definitely recommend!
Oh, this place is five stars in every category. If you doubt me in anyway, go there and order anything off the menu and I personally guarantee you it will be delivered within 4 to 5 minutes. I don’t even understand how they cook it that fast. They must be trained by aliens from outer space with advanced technology because I swear I’ve never seen food delivered so fast piping hot and absolutely perfect. I also really like how they give you, a bunch of sides for your fajitas. Big cup of sour cream, big cup of guacamole and a big cup of green chili sauce. All very good. A huge pile of lettuce and a huge pile of cheese as well and when I asked for hot sauce they brought me some homemade creamy really spicy stuff that I wanted to leave with a bottle of. I forgot to ask for some but next visit I’ll be sure to see if I can buy some of that.
The salsas, rice & bean are delicious here. All the meats are very well seasoned. Everything I’ve tried on the menu has been great. This is the birria taco plate which was a special. Also a chicken taco & the calabacitas (roasted veggies).
Chips and salsa - gotta pay for them. Very tasty salsas, complex flavors in each one. They give you a large bag of warm homemade chips that makes it easy to take home extras.

I have a special request for a fish burrito and they were very accommodating! Hopefully they'll put it on the menu!
