I was riding in style to Portland on route #105. I am very impressed with how clean the area and buses are.
Great station. There is no public bathroom. Safe and secure. I didn't have to wait long for my bus. The drivers and security are very helpful.
There are no public toilets but there is a covered open area for waiting. Your still going to feel the cold, but you'll be protected from the wind and rain. Very welcoming and nice bus drivers!
Neat little Transit Center with lots of schedules for C-Tran and Express lines. You will almost never have to wait more than 30 minutes for a bus that will take you to your destination as the routes are intertwined. Overall great experience from staff: extremely helpful with finding your stop and giving you transportation you need.
Drivers say security has bathroom key. Security says they aren't 'allowed' to unlock the bathroom. How do you expect people to behave according to health and safety regulations when you can't provide the basic public business necessities.
Security has been added and restrooms open during the week. Parking is always appreciated and secure. Thank you C Tran!
This is a bus station not a 5 star hotel in New York!!! People here are not expected to cater to your every need!
If what you are looking for is a bus ride with some friendly help from the drivers than this is the place. 5/5 for the service that is expected of them
Drivers are helpful with directions or assistance. Nice seating while waiting.
