I feel that I got the The car dealership pitch From a mechanic from the shop and felt like way too much for the work that was done
DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE TO FIX YOUR CAR! My daughter had her car towed here, she was called and told that they had to put purchase a new battery so that they could evaluate her car. She was verbally quoted $ 225.00 for the battery, she never was given a written estimate, nor was she told about additional costs. When my daughter called to pick up the car, she was told that the battery ended up costing over $300.00 and the total due was $640.00! The owners very rude wife hung up on my when I tried to intervene, and advise her about the "Write It Right" law in California. I also did some further investigation about this company, and they've had several complaints where the police had to get involved. My daughter's brother-in-law is an attorney and her other brother-in law is a police officer in San Bernadino, we're planning to go forward with legal action against this company.
Highly recommend this auto shop. I’ve had major work done on my car and many little things like an oil change. Very friendly staff and reasonable price.
Angel is a great mechanic, fair prices, excellent service and really cares about his customers.
I brought my vehicle into Value Automotive to have the transmission serviced. The mechanic did not restore factory levels which caused my vehicle to jump and stop shifting. After getting towed back to the shop, the mechanic said it needed more transmission fluid. The transmission continued to have the same problem. After bringing it back again, the mechanic said that it was not the transmission and to just keep driving it. I then took my vehicle to another shop where they determined that the vehicle did not have enough transmission fluid. The mistake was not recognized by the mechanic and there was no apology. I do not recommend this shop.
Just started using Value Automotive and Angel, Adrianna and Steve go to great lengths to make sure we are pleased with their service. Husbands vehicle is a handicap accessible vehicle and needs specific maintenance and repairs. Angel has done all work at very reasonable cost.
Angel has worked on my 2005 Explorer and it is still going strong.
I would recommend Value Automotive to anyone needing great service at a reasonable price.
Excellent work, great customer service, we would recommend all your auto needs. Angel and his wife were very professional , they work together as a team organized and fixed our electric van door on our Toyota Sienna . We are very satisfied !
My RV was in need of an oil change and Value Automotive came through. I had very little time and he opened early and got me in. Good price, good service and enjoyable to talk to. This type of atmosphere is hard to come by and I can not say how much I appreciated it. Thank you Value Automotive.
