Called the company asking for a quote for my vw t-Roc. Gave me a good price went ahead with it. Very good customer service friendly. Top service 5 stars!!
The gentlemen was very nice, windscreen installed well and service was timely enough. However, in the process of replacement windscreen, damage was done to my wiper arm which I had to pay to fix, costing another 60 pounds out of pocket. He discounted me only 10 pounds for the trouble.
I didn’t put up much as much of argument as I could have but the gentleman aside from calling around for the part took very little responsibility for the damage and did not mention reducing the cost of windscreen to cover repairs.
Take this service and my review with a grain of salt.
