DO NOT GO HERE!! I will never go back!! I have given him multiple chances but the guy who owns it is such a jerk!! Got mad at my husband because he said he would fix the brakes himself and hung up on him! Then charged me a $50 fee just for looking at it! Only came in for an oils change. Paid $90 in total! He was mad we wouldn’t pay the $500 to fix brakes and rotors when rotors didn’t even need to be replaced. He just has a I do not care attitude.
Took me 4 months to get a hitch out on and still never got wired because he couldn’t get the right part finally gave up waiting and went somewhere else to get wired. Went here for the convenience but never again!
Went in for my second oil change from them. Just like last time, I found the friendliest and most helpful bunch of guys I've ever encountered at an auto repair shop! They have good honest prices and do great work! I was prepared to have to wait at least 30 min or so, as there were at least two ahead of me, but it was Maybe 15 min, if that...As long as they're around, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Having known the owner for many years, and been considered a sister, as well as being a proud member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, I feel it is truly disheartening that such false narratives could be placed on this man in attempts to destroy his business...all for the sake of simply a person not getting their way, and not being allowed for their entitlement to be placed above other waiting clients.
We were about 4 hours from our destination when our van broke down. We were able to make it to USave. They took our van in on the spot so that we could be on our way. The gave us a price and when we went to pay it was actually $100 cheaper than they had said because they ended up not having to replace one part they thought they'd have to. We really appreciated their honesty and their willingness to fix our van without an appointment.
They have always been able to work my car in on a last minute notice. I'm very pleased with the service, price and the office Manager's personality. I highly recommend this business!

Took my PT cruiser here on Monday. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. A mechanic came out and inspected the car and test drove it confirming it sounded like a bad wheel bearing. It was late in the day when I brought it in so they worked on it the next day and had me taken care of. I appreciate the up front price before I left the car with them. And that they did not upsell me stuff. Got me back on the road fast. I thought it was impossible to find a trustworthy mechanic in Mattoon. But I stand corrected. Highly recommend this place. My car is buttery smooth now. Thanks U save Auto!
