Had 4 new tyres put on my car last week and the price, customer service, professionalism and workmanship was excellent. There was plenty of tea & coffee in the waiting area. There was an issue with my tracking nut and they could not carry out 4 wheel alignment, but they did make a good attempt at it and didn't charge me for the time it had taken them. My problem with rear arm tracking nut is a rather common issue where the nut can get seized and/or perished over time. I was given the correct advice and shown the issue. I showed my mechanic the photos and described the issue and he knew exactly what the problem was and echoed what the the tyre shop advised in that it can get broken/seized over time. I'm now having the tracking nut bolt replaced and when I get the car back from the mechanic I will be looking forward to visiting again to get my 4 wheel alignment done from these guys. The 4 wheel alignment equipment they have in their shop is top notch and all links into a computer to provide the most accurate alignment.
Absolutely happy, they were honest and professional! I asked for my tyre to be replaced due to a puncture, however they repaired it at just a fraction of the cost and advised me of the cheaper option! Will come here in future for my tyre replacements, deffo recommend :)
I booked two tyres replacing, has been quoted with tracking £55, at the place I been charged £65? They had problem with first tyre? Couldn't fit because it was winter type? And that wasn't run flat type tyre so...
It's a big no for me, won't be back.
I called just before 5pm on a Saturday enquiring about a price for 4 new tyres, they asked if I could bring my car down straight away which I could and by 6pm i was home again with all new tyres for a reasonable price. Great service, thank you!
Hadn't booked just turned up. Had 4 wheels balanced there and then.
Did a proper job of cleaning the alloy wheels before sticking weights on (unlike some places that just hammer weights onto the rim edge damaging the wheel surface or don't clean the wheel and the weights drop off as you drive away - it happens too often).
Will recommend.
Excellent service and great price. The staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. Thoroughly recommended.
