This place has traded many hands and has been different restaurants in Muncie. It has a family dining and bar section. I got a Philly cheesesteak. It only has beer for alcohol. It's more of a food place than beer bar. It has a bar rail and seating with brown paper covering them. The servers would were nice and courteous. It's 20-30 chairs for seating. Usually tables of 4 with 1 pew. The arcade games were off at arrival. It's okay

I’m only sorry it took us four years of our son going to school here for us to find this place but happy we still have two more years to enjoy it. I’m not exaggerating when I saw it’s the best meal I’ve had in years. Everything is homemade and made from scratch. Everything. For example, they make their bbq sauce from peaches and it’s amazing. The pickle their own pickles… you get the idea. It’s not a huge place but they will hold a table for parties of 5 or more if you call in advance. They have a bar side and a family side. Oh!! AND save room for the $4 giant piece of peanut butter pie! Or you could split it. The prices are also wonderful!! Can’t say enough good things. The service was superb. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.
I came here last night for a dinner gathering of a group to which I belong. This was my first time here, but it won’t be my last. The fried pickles were very good. My main course was the Party Melt with onion rings. So, so good. I highly recommend this place when in Muncie.
Prices are reasonalbe. We had two smashes burgers, hand cut fries, and onion rings. The onion rings were perfect. Crunchy outside no dough on the inside. Typical bar type of setting. They had many choices for beer. Overall everything was ok nothing to rave about. I would go back.
Forgot syrup on Nashville chicken and waffle, didnt realize until we were done, no flavor, little heat to Nashville chicken, had to wait for 10 mins on refill of water, we were 2 of 7 people there, chefs fries were not good. Poor service, took 45 mins to get food. not planning on coming back. Nice environment though.
Great food and great service. Our waiter explained all the meals to us. He took our order didn't even write it down even with all our changes and still got everything right. Always came back and checked on us so fantastic service. We recommend the chef's fries even though they sound not so appealing. They use paper tablecloths that kids can color on. Love how they keep kids pictures that want them to and hang them on the walls. Just was a great experience and we will definitely be going back. Can be a little expensive $50 for two that was with an appetizer two meals and a drink and a beer.
What a hidden gem in Muncie! Great atmosphere, great food, and very friendly service.
I went in with my teen. I had the tenderloin, she had the 5 cheese melt on sourdough, and we split an order of onion rings. The tenderloin, which they hand bread in-house, was everything you want in one. It was thin and crispy, while still being tender. One of the best I've had! The onion rings are hand dipped to order, and were amazing as well!
We took home about 2/3 of the food to enjoy later, as the servings were HUGE. And the prices are incredibly reasonable. We'll definitely be back.
