I walked into TS to order lunch and they were obviously busy, which is fine. I stood in line and finally I when I walked up to the counter, I heard the lady say that they weren't taking in person orders, only online orders.
So I stepped to the side and proceeded to place my order online.
My smoothie took at most 5 minutes, but my wrap took over 15 minutes. While I sat and waited I noticed customers coming in and standing in line to order,not knowing that they wouldn't be able to place an in person order.
So I took it upon myself to write a message on a piece of paper letting customers know that they would need to place their orders online.
Which helped tremendously.
The people that were working today, weren't very proactive or attentive to the customers needs.
On top of that, they forgot to give me the Kale and apple salad that was supposed to come with my wrap. I didn't even want to go back in because the service was so horrible.
Do better.
Line of people & the lady comes out throwing a sign of “online ordering only” without saying a word, immediately turned around & went back in the back.
For the last two years, the service has been disappointing. I’m really hoping they send in more successful store managers & send them in soon. I love their food.
My order said it would be ready at 1:43, there were multiple people that had to “order online” that had food too & left the store. It was 2:19 when I got my food.
My son and I came to this location on May 23 at a few minutes before 8pm. No one said, Hi...
Welcome In or anything. One girl with twist or locs just looked and continued with what she was doing and another came all the way to the counter, said nothing and went back into the kitchen area. It was until about 2 or 3 mins later that the girl with the twist/locs came out from the back for the 2nd time I think and finally said, Hi. I had to ask her were they doing online orders only and she mumbled yes cause she clearly wasn't going to offer the information. This was our first and last time at this location unless the train or rehire someone else with hospitality. I've worked in the service industry for almost 30yrs and I have never seen such rude behavior from the whole staff.
Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at any food establishment.
Was told they didn’t have the ingredients to make one of my items, so I ordered something else, that’s fine. Unfortunately, I waited for 25-30 minutes only to be told that they didn’t have the ingredients to make the food I ended up ordering. As frustrating as this was, I was happy to just accept a refund and leave. While trying to request a refund, I was pressured into ordering something else and when I made it clear I wanted a refund, I was put on hold while other people placed their orders. Finally, after a few minutes, someone came out to process my refund. I wanted a refund to my card but they only offered me cash. As I was leaving, they started telling people they were not accepting any more orders and would have to be issuing refunds.
What kind of establishment doesn’t have ingredients on the 2nd of the month and lets customers wait 30 minutes before telling them that they cannot make their orders? At least offer a way to make the situation right, nobody even got an apology. Waste of my time.
Walking in the worker rolled her eyes, loudly sighed, and said ommgggg in an annoyed voice and then didn’t know how to work the computer, so maybe she was new but obviously had an attitude about having to do her job.
Smoothies tasted like they always do but leaked everywhere from the top and I had to dump some out and rinse it off when I got home because it was so messy! Also cookies here are so dry and the snickerdoodle one don’t taste like snickerdoodle at all!
Rhonda was an awful manager in terms of how she treated staff and i still prefer her over what manager they have now. No hi how are you? They just stand there and say nothing so you just say it all yourself and if you forget to say a side they won’t ask you about it. They hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. I hate coming here and the other alternative is too far of a drive so we sit and suffer while they just take our money. No i ain’t giving a tip! I’m pretty sure they put sugar in my detox island green!
Went in to place an order for a açaí bowl waited 35 mins before I was given my order. Along with the wait time the customer service was extremely poor and seems like they didn’t care to be there. Once I finally received my order my bowl was not fresh it was frozen so I couldn’t eat it at all. They placed whole chunks of a granola bar on top and a bad banana as well! I definitely will not be returning!
Always something with this location. Either watered down smoothies, closed early, or ring you up and forget to tell you they are out of something until you pay.
