The smoothie was great the young man Demetrius J at register customer service was fantastic. The young ladies making the smoothies there ATTITUDE was ATROCIOUS, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING!!! There were eleven people ahead me when I made my order and some had been waiting a long time. The young ladies who were making the smoothie wasn't making the smoothie in the order that the people had arrived. There were people coming in after the people had been waiting a while getting there smoothies first. The young ladies would put your smoothie on the counter and not call out the orders name loud enough so you would know it's your order so you had many strangers touching you cup and lid to check the order name???? which to me is disturbing and nasty.???? A lady and her daughter ordered before me they left went and purchased food come back order still wasn't ready but when there order did come up only the daughters smoothie was ready so the mother asked why her order wasn't complete they ordered together the young ladies working the smoothie station became disrespectful and started arguing with the customer. Then they choice to act as if the customer was invisible after she had paid for her smoothie. If you just ask the young ladies a question they had a big attitude and wouldn't speak above a whisper. I finally got my smoothie but I had to get up at least 4 times to keep checking because the young ladies refuse to speak up and customer who came before me still hadn't got her smoothie. I left the counter and customer was still being ignored by the two young ladies.???? I will not be going back EVER!!!???? You pay your almost $10.00 for one smoothie and are treated and spoken to like trash????. That was my second time at this establishment in a week the first time and chalked up as the staff was having a bad day. No that's not the case the young ladies act if they are doing the customers a favor and the customer just need to sit,shut up and they will get to when they get to you. That's a big as NO FOR ME!!!???????? You all responded to my post and provided a website that doesn't alluded to nothing to do with tropical smoothie.????????????
I went to this particular location 3x times. The staff were none engaging. Then I was going to leave a tip and I noticed they added the tip without asking me. When I told the young man I did want to tip he caught an attitude with me. Ask me don’t just assume I want to tip you for bad service.
Service was fast. Baja Chicken was surprisingly great, especially grilled chicken. I hope they can come with grilled onions instead of red onions and the quantity will make you full. Will come again.
First of all, the floor needs to be swept. Inside smells like burning coal. Secondly, this is the 3rd time I’ve come this week and no açaí bowl. It’s 5:00. Who is selling them out on a random Tuesday? What is sold out because I’m seeing all ingredients at the back? Lastly, the cashier needs a reality check.
Idk, maybe it’s because the workers are super young, but the customer service sucks. One of the girls was in the middle of making our smoothies then walked from behind the counter to greet her friend. My daughter and I smoothies did not taste how they were supposed to.
I went to this location for the first time tonight. Usually I go to other ones that are closer to where I live or work, but I happened to be in the area. There were (3) young ladies all working very hard as it was towards the closing time. I was politely greeted by the first person I saw behind the counter. After a few seconds passed the cashier walked up and asked me if I was ready to place my order. My favorite smoothie is the "Mango Berry Cosmo" (without turbinado) which happens to be a seasonal recipe and not always readily available. She cheerfully agreed to make the smoothie herself, as a courtesy. It was delicious and the service was stellar. Long story short, great location with great people. Looking forward to coming again soon. Good vibes!

22 min later with NO LINE we finally get our order (had to change the time from first writing this)
Be prepared to wait; be prepared to test your patience with the attitude of the employees
Needless to say I left annoyed
Staff and the food were excellent.
Mango monsoon smoothie and the peanut butter banana crunch flatbread were incredible.
Would’ve easily received a 5/5, but the bathroom was dirty.
Would highly recommend as long as you do not need to use the bathroom! ????
