I would highly recommend Mike and his crew for the great work and friendly service on my 2018 Nissan Altima. I had backed into a metal
post and the repairs and paint were superb! Second photos after being T-boned on Palace Ave.
Backed into a wall and Mike did the repair. Paint job is beautiful, and the job was done on time and to my unpracticed eye, looked great. Mike told me they stand behind their work, come back if any problems developed. Fast forward 2 years, and 5 trips to the dealer over recurring hatch closure problems. Eventually three people - including the person who referred me to Mike -said the hatch had not been properly re-aligned when the bodywork was done. With a ruler it's pretty obvious -- you can see in the picture that the light assembly Mike replaced is off kilter -- not by a lot, but that is all it takes to throw an automatic hatch off. Took it back to ask Mike to adjust, and Mike said, "I didn't replace the hatch, must be factory error, the strike plate was incorrectly installed." When I said that didn't make a lot of sense because the pushed in part was exactly where he up-charged me to replace the damaged vehicle logo, he replied that he was sorry I "FELT" that way. Refused to make it right -- it's not a big deal, the guy I hired to do it says it's a 2-3-hour job, about $200. Considering I paid Mike $3000 in the first place, I think he should have stood behind his work and done it right.
I got into an accident and needed the whole front end of my vehicle repaired. They did an amazing job! It looks better than it did before my accident. They also finished a couple days ahead of schedule. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing collision repair.
