Lacey is amazing! I went to her for the first time unsure of what I wanted for my color. She did such a great job understanding me and helping me decide what I wanted. She was so thorough and it definitely showed! I have been getting so many compliments on how natural my color looks. She is also bubbly and very personable. Would highly recommend!
Top Notch is the only place I'll go for my hair. My first visit was for location and convenience. I never went anywhere else after that. The stylists are very up to date on the cuts and colors. You can even take a picture in with you and they'll give you that style. Did I mention the owner? She is so welcoming when you enter her salon. The pricing is very reasonable also.
I was looking forward to using Top Notch for my wedding in May. I called back in August or September to arrange day of services, even discussed pricing, how many styles, timing etc. I was told I could get a specific stylist I had requested as well.
I called last week to discuss setting up a trial for myself and was told that they did not have my wedding services on the calendar. I was told that the stylist I requested would be calling me back but that "This is probably not going to work because it's graduation weekend." No apology was offered or follow through from the woman I spoke with (owner).
A week later and I have not received a call from the stylist I requested but did get a call from the receptionist explaining that they found a note about my services for May but that I need to find another salon as the owner's daughter is graduating and they now only have 1 stylist available.
I am mostly disappointed in the fact that had I not called as early as I had, it may be March without me finding out that I have NO services scheduled. I am also disappointed that no references were given for styles for my wedding party and that no real apology was offered beyond passing the blame onto another employee. Now I am stuck looking for another salon for a holiday weekend and am left feeling irked and saddened by their lack of organization and communication.
This review is in no way a reflection of the work done but more on the running of the business. Hopefully this does not happen to another bride or client in general.
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! The beauticians are all GREAT--experts at what do, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, flexible, and all of this at a fair price! Give them a try. I know you will be back!!!
Only place we go now...look at this kiddo. Happy and cut...what more can you ask for..
I like my hair cut with a razor, it leaves a nice hair cut. The Salon is always very clean. They are open in the evening.
The owner and the people that work there are nice and listen to u. Very clean place too, prices are affordable.
