Leaving a comment because I'm overly satisfied.... This place has the most friendly and welcoming employees I think I've ever come across... This place of business works with you from all angles. ???? The receptionist is extremely professional!!! Something we all need a little more of... Anywho.... Let me just say this my car was a total wreck I didn't think it was fixable and it almost got totaled out... Thanks to TJ's my car looks BETTER than it did when I first bought it from the dealership a couple of years ago inside and out after my car's repairs.... P.S. it rides better too. If I bring you more customers because of my comments you have nobody else to blame but yourselves for being so polite, caring, and well-managed/mannered. I'm sorry if I spike up your business. I thank you all at TJ's for everything especially with the short timeframe and for helping me get back on the road with a smoother ride and a better-looking car inside and out ????

I was treated so kindly & warm almost like family. So kind, professional & courteous. They did some body work & even cleaned the ENTIRE inside of my car. Smelled brand new! I am so happy & glad they made my situation so easy. they've been around for a while & work with progressive insurance & with enterprise in Bridgeport as well. everything was so seamless. again THANK YOU!!!!!!
I took my car to repair the bodywork and left with problems with the electrical system, they closed short on the entire electrical system and were not responsible. I had to take it to another workshop, probably soldering without disconnecting the battery and closing it short on the entire system. very rude and lack of commitment they wanted me to pay to repair the electricity too.I took my transit van to repair the bodywork on 1/9/2021 The next day I saw that the reverse gear sensor and windshield wiper was badly damaged. Tony, who limps on one leg, asked a Brazilian mechanic to do his due I repair and the mechanic said that everything was fixed, putting my van out, I thanked him and was leaving, but I realized that the cleaner wasn’t turning off anymore and the sensor wasn’t working. deceiving me said that the sensor was burnt and another mechanic had done this damage to my van and wanted me to pay to fix the bad contact in the electrical system and with iguinorancia Mr Tony who pulls from the leg wanting more. money and said he was not responsible for the bad contact he ordered the mechanic to take my van out of the workshop I took my van in the workshop of Mr Domingos auto and my car was almost 1 week for him to track. in the end it found that when doing the welding in the bodywork they melted the wires of the lantern seeing short all fuse that it put burned. because the wires melted and closed short with the weld they made on the bodywork.
Very happy with the outcome of my car. Tony made sure he went above, & beyond to make sure my car was at 100% before it left the shop. I was referred by a friend, and left 100% satisfied with the customer service of tony and his workers, & of course the work that was done! Awesome job !
Had a great experience with the staff. Everytime I called and stopped in they were professional and knowledgeable. Very fair pricing and the work was prompt and done extremely well. Will be returning for the additional work needed on my car.
He only fixes the problem. He doesn't say well you also needed an ,,,(item) so I put it in that's $$$. No, he fixes the problem and says..you also need a...(item) make an appointment to have that done.
He Respects my wallet and my budget.
