Amazing gem for Jamaican food! Patties are delicious! Oxtail is amazing and the gravy is phenomenal! (picture attached). We have eaten here several times a month over the past year and have always had a wonderful meal! Great Oviedo spot!
I was excited when I noticed this place after a doctor appointment. Had the stewed chicken lunch special, which was favorablely priced for the portion. I asked for a bread dumpling, which was quite good. I unfortunately was not a fan of the food or any of the fruit drinks that I ordered. The service was very nice, however. I may return to try something else. The beet juice wasn’t horrible, just very different. You never know what you like unless you try something new.
Decided to visit last weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions about their menu. Ordered the Large Oxtail meal w/ rice & peas and cabbage . AMAZING just wish the plantains were ready when I arrived. Would totally recommend this place
Food is always authentic, fresh and flavorful. No other Jamaican restaurant in the area is on their level! I’ve been there in person and normally through on DoorDash, and no matter what the food is still always fresh and hot. I always have to resist the urge to eat from here everyday because they never let me down!
Support this business please!! Ran by very nice people and fantastic cooks. If you’re looking for authentic Jamaican food, this is it. A real gem that deserves more recognition. They have a lunch special with a drink for only $7.00… unheard of nowadays. My first time coming here, I bought the jerk chicken and was so rich in taste and packed a punch. I was literally sweating while eating my meal, it was perfect. They do have milder food and sauces so don’t let the spicy food deter you. This place has something for everybody and you will be very satisfied.
Don't walk to this place...RUN to The Jerk Grill. Hands down, the best Jamaican food in the area. Though the place is small (one table), the flavors are huge. It's clean, uncluttered, and their lunch specials are a fantastic deal. The two person husband and wife team should be commended and supported for a wonderful food experience. Their attention to detail is evident in the delicious food, service, and cleanliness.

Holy cow! Probably the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had. Fresh and full of flavor. Tried the jerk chicken lunch special for $7, worth every penny.

THE JERK GRILL As a central Florida realtor, I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Jamaican restaurant in Oviedo, Florida, and I must say it was an outstanding experience.
