Sun set เป็นห้องอาหารริมชายหาด ของโรงเเรม เกาะช้าง sea view มีอาหารนานาชาติ รวมทั้งอาหารไทย ที่เด็ดสุดคือพิซ่าที่หน้าหลากหลาย อบด้วยเตาฟืนหอมกรุ่น รวมถึงพาสต้า ซอสต่างๆก็รสเด็ดไม่เเพ้กัน ส่วนสลัดเป็นผักไฮโดรโปนิก ที่โรงเเรมปลูกไว้เอง ใหม่ สด กรอบอย่สบอกใครเลยทีเดียว เมนูอาหารไทย ง่ายๆ อย่างยำวุ้นเส้นส่วนตัวว่าอร่อยมากเส้นเหนียวนุ่มไม่อืด เเม้เเต่ผัดไทย ก็อร่อยรสชาดดีเส้นไม่ติดกัน

As part of the Sylvan Resort this restaurant we’re responsible for the room’s service orders as well as offering daily lunch and diner at the beach.
We tried several dishes like pizza, salads, Thai food and sea food.
All dishes were freshly made and tasty.
We can recommend this place
Prices are slightly higher but alright
Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Meer und ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Auf der Speisekarte findet man Thai sowie auch Europäische Gerichte. Das Essen war lecker und die Portionen gut bemessen. Allerdings muss man für Thai verhältnisse eher den grossen Geldbeutel mitbringen.
This restaurant has a great location, you can sit on a deck right at the waters edge, and the decor is lovely. But the staff, terrible service, just not interested in customers. The food was pretty average as well, relatively highly priced for what you got for Thailand. There were like 3 tables full for lunch and plenty of staff wandering around, but that was all they were doing. Standing around chatting to each other rather than serving their customers. Shame as they miss out on revenue if they are not watching drinks etc. Did not go back
The restaurant in the Sylvan resort is ok. We ate here a few times to avoid getting a taxi into town. The prices seem fair for a resort, although the soft drinks and alcohol seem overpriced. The pizza was not great (sauce was not good), but the Thai dishes were good. Service was not up to my expectations for this type of restaurant. There were some communication problems with multiple staff members. They also reserve seats for customers willing to commit to big orders in order to watch events and performances. These were often not at the scheduled time (with no clear reason for the delay). More vegetarian options, clearly marked, would be appreciated. Also, they should not take away the cutlery to match people’s dishes if the dishes are likely to be shared. And sometimes they took away the wrong item even for the dish ordered, leaving people to eat noodles with a knife and fork for example.
