Got an overnight oats from here and they were covered in mould. Disgusting! Too far away by the time I opened them to go back.
Not one of the best Starbucks Coffee outlets. Staff members not up to their best, although one was most helpful.
I appreciate that this is a busy place, but service should still not be compromised for any reason, and if the excuse is “we are busy”, that’s inexcusable. A smile, a hello, and a hie can I help is a minimum requirement, especially when you pay servive station prices.
My order:
-Latte + extra shot of coffee - it was milky no taste of coffee at all.
In all other starbucks late with extra shot is strong not like here.
-Frapouccino - watery the ice bits were already melted like it was prepared 20min before ordering.
Very nice and friendly staff are always here. Coffee obviously Starbucks standard...
It is a spacious coffee shop, with a balanced environment. There were enough comfortable sitting spaces. The decor of the shop made in a modern taste. The stuffs were helpful and active. There were a manageable queue. The baked items were interesting to snak. Had one Toffy nut latte and done it perfectly well. It is a Christmas range and pricy compared to the latte. Enjoy ????
Staff very polite, attentive and quick. Usual Starbucks menu. Tables were very clean and spaced out. Was pleased to see the condiments/napkins Station being cleaned. Use the main toilets as there aren't any here
No ceramic cups for sit down service, washing machine broken … apparently … but couldn’t find a single ceramic cup on the shelves behind the counter. Couldn’t toast my banana bread either. Would’ve been 1 star, but the Flat White was good.
