Ho scelto questo ristorante per festeggiare con la mia dolce metà il nostro anniversario.... e appena arrivati siamo rimasti subito affascinati dall'ambiente che ci circondava, una vista sul mare e un look del ristorante davvero mozzafiato, stupendo, lussureggiante, magico .
Il personale è molto gentile,professionale, sorridente, ti spiegano tutte le portate che ti servono, che aggiungere davvero eccellente.
Il cibo di ottima qualità e considerando il genere di ristorante il primo è stato pure abbondante, il tutto servito in forma estetica molto curato e carino.
Economicamente si spende un po ma considerando che ci troviamo a Taormina mare quasi in riva, in un hotel di lusso ne è valsa sicuramente la pena passare una magica serata in questa magnifica location .
Se vuoi stupire la tua dolce metà questo è il posto giusto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!!

Piccolo angolo di paradiso sulla spiaggia con vista mozzafiato . Siamo stati benissimo .. coccolati da Salvatore e Luigi. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione consigliato dallo chef ed un vino ottimo che ha esaltato perfettamente i sapori delle pietanze

My sister and I ate at Brizza, the pop up tables and services on the beach. It was such an incredible dining experience! We enjoyed every bite of the tasting menu. Salvatore and the entire service team were top notch. Thank you for such a wonderful meal and dining experience!
Excellent restaurant, on y mange très bien. Le cadre est juste magique et le service est exceptionnel. Nous avons passé un moment plus qu'agréable ! Je vous recommande, l'expérience vécue nous sera gravée en mémoire.

Really good, top quality produce, amazing views and very friendly staff. Actually reasonably priced for what the place offers. Spent pretty much the same as the nice restaurants in town, which weren’t as good.
Definitely recommend!
Service was great we had a great waiter and the rest of the staff was very kind. Food was wonderful so was the wine and cocktails!

The food here is absolutely nothing special at all and does nothing to justify the price. The hotel is very pretty, so the setting is nice enough. The service was brisk, but not particularly helpful or friendly. The wine list is simply stupidly overpriced. The wine was very good - but it's almost impossible to find bad wine in Sicily, but the prices were many times higher (for the exact same wines) than in other restaurants we visited. We had high hopes for this restaurant and overall were very disappointed. It was our first night of a two week trip to Sicily and we ate at the very top end to the simplest restaurants and, frankly, we found the offering to be poor. There were a couple of good places, but overall there seems to be a preference for far too much sauce and multiple competing flavours that don't really go together and a great emphasis on style over taste. I would not recommend this restaurant.
