You are aware this isn't a main dealer and that makes the experience a lot better, its a personal touch and things like answering the phone when I called with "Hi Luke" did not go unnoticed! The welcome pack, email updates and the understanding that setting realistic expectations is key in this environment was a breath of fresh air. I am happy with the motorbike I bought from Ride Motorbikes. I found Pete very welcoming, he didn’t rush me or pressure sale me. I bought the Triumph Tiger 1050 and Pete was kind enough to fit my accessories onto the bike in time for collection. Keith the mechanic - helpful guy happy to discuss with me the fittings I wanted him to fit on the bike.

Bought my first "big bike", a Suzuki Marauder VZ800 from Ride about 8 months ago hoping to do the DAS course. Then Covid hit and the bike has sat in the garage ever since. All that aside Pete and the guys at Ride were a pleasure to deal with and they even arranged free delivery to Scotland as part of the deal. So many stories of shady dealings in the bike world it's good to know there are top quality independent dealers like Ride out there. Thanks again guys I hope I have the pleasure of riding this beautiful bike soon.
Pete saw my ad on facebook selling my BMW R1200GS. He was quick to message and asked to contact him regarding selling the bike to Ride Motorbikes. He offered me a good amount for the bike with the ease of someone coming to collect it, meaning I didn't have to ride it to his garage. The following day his driver arrived to inspect and check the bike, as he sent to money directly into my account. Once received the bike was loaded into the van and the process was complete. Very simple and a quick process overall helping me as I wasn't ready for it to go. 10/10 highly recommend them.
After only riding around 100 miles I noticed a oil leak from the engine due to removing the fairings to fix a different fault on the bike. They have now given me a refund on the Ducati 749 once I sent them my consumer rights based on faulty goods. Pete is great at selling the bikes but once a problem occurs his attitude changes quickly. Still out of pocket after having to return the bike to them. Slightly concerning that the bike was sold to me in that condition as the leak would have been there for some time and there would of been small droplets visible as there was on my garage floor. The bike was back on their website within a couple of days for re-sale which is great if it's fixed but based on my experience I doubt it.
EXCELLENT SERVICE. I recently bought a 2004 VFR800 from this garage and I've been very impressed on all counts with the service provided.
Soon after I bought it the bike had a few electrical problems and the garage took it back in straight away, without hesitation and fully repaired the problem, all under warranty.
The guys are extremely knowledgeable and they aren't salesmen, they're bikers who sell bikes which makes the whole experience far more enjoyable than with big showrooms.

Put down a deposit, and the company did the rest for me.. they are even using the EU leading company in Delivering it to you.. so nothing to bother About ..
