Every time I've needed Phil's expertise all it's taken is for me to fire of one message too him and a fix/resolution is set in motion.
My car failed to start and having called my insurance company for roadside assistance I was informed by the mechanic that came to assist that my alternator needed replacing. He asked if I'd like to be taken to a nearby garage for it to be fixed?
Confidently I said, no I'm good, I know a great mechanic, if you can drop me and my car off at home, I'll take it from there.
Whilst being driven home, I messaged Phil, explained that I needed a fix ASAP as I need to get to work the following week, although he was busy that day we agreed a date and time and price for the repair before I'd been driven back home.
Although I couldn't be present for the repair on the day I left the keys with him and by the time I got home, a new alternator had been fitted and I was able to get back on the road immediately.
Phil does his best to see that you're back up and running with minimal downtime (his own work load allowing of course) but the fact I can trust Phil with my car repairs means a lot to me. He's never let me down.
Required a service and a new fog light fitted on my vehicle, PPJ Auto Services were highly recommended on Google so I reached out to Phil. He was only down the road from me and fitted me in a couple of days later.
Phil came to my property and performed the service on my driveway, fitted the new fog light and even replaced a battery in my key I had forgot to mention, as well as going out of his way to give other recommendations on other repairs and degradation that may require attention at a later date.
Prices were very competitive and he emailed me an itemised invoice as well as being able to take card payment on my doorstep for the works.
Will definitely be using PPJ again in the future.
Phil has been servicing my car for a few years now and I have always found him efficient, good value for money and extremely reliable. As I only have access to the one car, Phil always goes out of his way to make sure I get on the road again as quickly as possible. His customer care is second to none, as he will always come when I need him and no job is too small. His attention to detail is also amazing, including replacing a broken hook for my parcel shelf that I hadn't even told him about. I can thoroughly recommend Phil for your car repairs.

He sorted a problem with the brakes on my wife's car. Whilst he was at it he also sorted a problem another organisation had left unresolved, and he also sorted my aircon on my car.
All seemed professional, and Phil was friendly and approachable.

I have used Phil for few years on my current Audi and previous BMW and found him to be prompt, honest and very efficient. I always ask his recommendations on what should be repaired/replaced and I find his opinion honest and genuine. I regularly recommend him to friends who need a mechanic and never got a negative comment back. I would have no hesitation to recommend Phil to others and would certainly continue to use him in the future.
Phil has worked on many of my cars for many years and I’ve brought a couple off him to. Always honest, trustworthy, value for money.
Always get him to work on both my cars, even now we live an hour away still make the journey for him. He’s even bailed me out once or twice with advice over the phone, and rearranged he’s personal life to fit me in at short notice.

Exceptional service and after his 20+ years experience you know you’re in great hands! I bought a car off him as mine needed too much work and I would of spend hundreds on parts and labour getting it up to pass its MOT. The car i brought off him is in great mechanical spec and clean for its age. He informed me that in his own time he may fix my old car up, which i understand as he does it in his spare time. Would definitely visit Phil again as he is first class and understands how important having a reliable car is, than one that costs so much to repair.

Phil recently undertook a service and a few fixes on my VRS. Not only did the car drive like new after the service but Phil also fixed a few issues i had asked him to look into when he did the service. I find him professional and polite and have lined-up my wife's car for a service with him next month.
I find his prices competitive and most of all the car feels great to drive again!
