Die Pizza war vor 10 Jahren wirklich spitze und schmeckt auch heute unter neuer Leitung noch sehr gut. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Unsere Besuch in Faido, von wo ich am Bau des Gotthard Basistunnels mitgewirkt habe, wurde mit dem Besuch der Birreria abgerundet.
Beim nächsten Besuch kommen wir wieder vorbei.
Das Personal war wieder sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Pizzen hatten einen festen Boden. Der Salat misto war mit frischen Produkten hergestellt.
Preiswertes, einfaches Essen. Sehr nettes Personal. Viel Platz nicht allzu gemütlich.

A decent stop for travelers as we are. They offer wifi so we were thankful.
The food was good overall.
We ordered margherita pizza 3/5: nothing special, thin crust and good cheese on top.
Chicken nuggets and fries (kids meal) 4/5: perfectly fried nuggets and fries.
Tagliatelle with mushrooms 4/5: perfectly aldente and flavorful but the sauce needed more salt.
Coffee 4/5: fast and good
We enjoyed our stop here but they don't speak English so we had a hard time communicating with them.
Menù del giorno di oggi insalata o pasta al ragù e poi bistecca con patate e verdura alla griglia. Qualità prezzo molto buono 16 CHF. La pasta non L ho presa ma sembrava molto abbondante e aveva anche un buon profumo. Bistecca di qualità e ben cotta, per me la carne era saporita. Patate ok. Verdure niente di che. Insalata buona con un buon condimento. Sono arrivata che il locale era ancora abbastanza vuoto e sono stata servita in pochissimo tempo da un personale gentile.

I camerieri sono cordiali, ma in generale il servizio è piuttosto lento.
Le pizze non sono male, ma la fondue non è per nulla buona. Se la ordinate, ricordatevi di specificare di mettere poco alcol, perché da noi il gusto del rum (perché sì, non utilizzano il vino bianco) copriva completamente il sapore del formaggio, e questo rendeva quasi difficile continuare a mangiare. È stato veramente un peccato… non mi era mai capitato prima in nessun altro posto
