This is a fantastic Pharmacy. It is highly organised & efficient. The staffing levels are always very good. They provide a delivery service which is really efficient; never been let down. The Pharmacy team is genuinely professional, caring and helpful.

Advertise opening at 7am. I arrived at 5 to 7 and waited until 7:30am. No sign of anyone. Please do not advertise opening at 7am if this is not the case. I wasted half an hour in the cold and I as subsequently late for work!
We had 2 covid tests for travelling. The results came back promptly and were negative.
The lab though put it onto the nhs website as positive. We then got emails and text messages asking us to upload the positive result on the nhs app.
Their attitude was to ignore it.
They made countless promises to contact the lab and ring me back. They did this only once.
They made be very nice and polite but the customer service is so bad it is unbelievable.
Just been for my booster. I'm in a wheelchair, the receptionist didn't know to get me into the building, just said to go round the side.
load of doors so didn't know which one. Tried to get in but there was still steps and have hurt my foot in the process. Eventually got a ramp in another door. Very steep though. Not impressed
Staff and services excellent. Suman Devi is very good being polite and handles and sorts out cutomers problems quickly. Excellent all around.
Very helpful and friendly. They treated and helped us a lot when we were in an urgent travel PCR needed. Excellent service. Thanks to the entire team.
