Friendly,Respectful and professional people it’s for long time my favourite garage
They are not good for body work. I came here not too long ago I initially came in for a dent and scratch. In the end my whole car ended up being painted another colour because the guy who does body work doesn’t know what he’s doing. The colour didn’t match it was so bad and there wasn’t anything wrong with the colour of my car like I said I initially came in for a scratch and my whole car colour was changed.the guy who owns the company is nice but the son is not and unprofessional and rude .
Go at your own risk for body work.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I recently went to this garage to get a diagnostic as my car was misfiring and I had a check engine light. They discovered what was wrong with it and it was an issue with the crankcase breather hose and was quoted £300 for the replacement hose. I left the car with them to work on. I came back later that day to collect my car and after 10 minutes of driving, I noticed my car was puffing loads of white smoke which it was not doing before and brought it back in the following day for them to say they cant do anything about the issue that they caused. Instead they offered me a free MOT on my next visit for my troubles. This is abysmal customer service as I did not expect to get my car back in a worse condition to when I came in. I took my car to a more trustworthy garage where they carried out another inspection and have found that the replacement hose they used was a generic hosepipe(red hose in the pictures) which they had lying around the garage which I have attached the pictures of. As you can see in the image, the hose they used does not even fit in the pipe they connected it to. I don't recommend anyone come to this place if I could give them 0 stars I would full of untrustworthy scammers and they will never see me again.

Oh dear - I had so wanted to have a good experience with New Auto Tech as a good garage is hard to find. Unfortunately, they did not do a very good job on our car following an accident - the body work fixed in October 2019 is already showing signs of wear five months later and despite my husband giving them a list of all the work that was needed, things were overlooked that then had to be done elsewhere later. The worst thing though, is that they parked the car outside the garage on a side road and got us a ticket. They then said they would contact the council to sort it out for us and not to take any action. They did nothing and we were landed with a big bill for a penalty charge four months down the line. Thanks a lot guys! I would never use this garage again and suggest anyone else takes care (especially if they get you a parking ticket and claim they will sort it out!!).
