Rip off artists. Charged £60 for a battery that Halfords charges £47 for. I was told that they were good value... Not true in my experience...be warned

The store is not very user accessible for the wheelchair user.
The staff can seem a bit blunt, but they are always willing to help with the requests. They give great advice and information. If you have gone there to purchase some item for motoring. Then by some chance they don't stock or can't get in time. They have so helpfully guided me to another place that might have the item.
Personay I like the vehicle parts and accessories store and it's direct approach to customers.
With plenty of parking space it is always at the top of my list for my car parts and trinkets. Oh they also make up number plates if you need to get some, provided you have proof of ownership for the vehicle in question.

Every single member of staff was helpful and welcoming, best customer service I have received from anywhere in a while. I heard from a friend that their reg plate prices were amazing and they were! The plates were done within 10 mins and also picked myself up some car matts at an amazing price. Very good valued items and experience overall.

Good selection of products on display. Unfortunately a lot more expensive than online retailers. I bought coil springs that were £66, and afterwards found the same springs online for £52 with free delivery. I also noticed the price of a trailer coupling was £25, when the same item online is £15.
For over a decade the team at Mon and Border have been my go-to parts supplier. Most commonly used items are in stock, and the shop has a really extensive range of tools, car maintenance items. I've found the number plate printing service and custom paint mixing especially useful. The same old friendly helpful team every time I visit, willing to help and also fit wipers and bulbs for customers.
Over 50 years in the business and it shows. Can't fault them!
