One of the rudest receptionist I have ever faced, I went to The Medical Centre on Honeysuckle Way Bedford with my 2 years old son, with breathing difficulties, the doctors were running late 35mins, my son was having asthma attack I went to ask this old lady at the reception to find out how long more wait… she was rude and horrible saying I don’t just wait why are you rushing for… my son ended up in the hospital in critical unit ???????????????? how heartless. Also just wanna thanks her colleague who was setting next to that horrible lady for helping me because she knew that this horrible lady was rude and didn’t want to help me
Rude, disrespectful staff over the phone, will try and get you to do there work. Will have you leave work or miss a day's work for you to come into the surgery when they could have easily preformed the task themselves ????????????????????????????
I had an appointment yesterday morning foe both my kids 4 and 6 years old.I give 5* because even though we was waiting literally 1 hour before we got seen the doctor whom I forgot the name he apologized for making us wait so long and he explained that he had an emergency. I understand that emergencies sometimes occur and as it was first time having to go at this medical practice and first time happening I'm giving 5 stars. The doctor was nice and polite but the male receptionists was lying when i asked him several times why it takes so long to be seen if we have an appointment and i asked when we will be seend and 3 times in the row he said that we are next in line and several people went in front of us. I didn't appreciate him lying, he should've just said the truth from the beginning, I would've understand more instead he got me upset with lying.
I dont want to give less stars only because the receptionist as I don't believe the doctor should get less than 5 stars. He did a great job checking up my kids and he prescribed antibiotics as I thought he will as they have tonsillitis. The doctor was friendly and polite and I would come back if i have too in the future.
Booked appt, still hr wait. Stated I had 2 issues, Dr said it was 1 health problem each 10mins! Look after yourself people. Dr was very understanding and reassuring... on the mend now.

Not impressed last week I phoned and was made to wait 2hrs and was told there are no appointments and to ring at 8am. I need to see a Dr for a physical, so I can go back to work. I just rang again today was on the phone for an hour before being told there are no appointments until the 21st, to then be told to use the online booking services, this is lazy and unacceptable what is the point of a receptionist if they going to 1. not ask the problem and 2. tell you to use the online booking services. I have decided to register with another surgery as I am the only working family member I have to return to work.
I would like to thank Dr Khokher and his team for all their help and persistence arranging for my husbands ankle operation. We have now got a date!! I would also like to thank all the reception staff who are always so kind, patient and helpful.
I have been with the surgery for over 14 years and recently had cause to attend. I would like to thank Lisa on reception who was so helpful and could not have been more understanding of my situation and condition.
I have fallen through the gaps at hospital and found that the doctors have been proactive in trying to get a resolution and treatment plan for me.

The young guy at the counter has not any customer service at all. He is rude and mean. Not skills to treat people and even less with sick people. He has not education at all. Upsets me everytime i have to speak with him. I will be changing surgery as I already had enough of him
