AVOID Lezziz Grill at all costs. The manager and staff lack basic courtesy, serving incomplete orders and making customers wait excessively. The prices are high for mediocre food quality, with sneaky additional service charges. Management prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, even resorting to causing scenes. Overall, it's an experience marred by rudeness, embarrassment, and unnecessary confrontations. Save yourself the trouble; dine elsewhere.
Additionally, the manager went as far as to threaten me with police, falsely claiming to have taken a picture of me, despite the fact that we hadn't even received our food and had canceled our order due to an argument with my partner. He exacerbated our embarrassment by intruding on our private dispute, adding to the already uncomfortable situation. When I walked away and canceled our order, he pursued me down the road and even resorted to manhandling me. This level of aggression and invasion of privacy is utterly unacceptable.
Nice place but I paid £8.40 for a chicken burger meal. That’s what you expect to pay in Hampstead but I expected the quality to be slightly better then if I’m honest. Burger was standard, generous amount of chips given which was good but still not worth the price. Good menu and lot of options, few stools inside to sit and eat. Food is made fresh always which is good ????????
My meal lacked flavor and was excessively watery. I had ordered a chicken wrap with salad, tomato, and cheese, but discovered that the green salad was stored in water, causing my wrap to become soggy. Additionally, the chicken lacked any taste, rendering the meal nearly inedible. The fries, too, were undercooked. Given this experience, I don't plan to return and wouldn't recommend this place. It's disappointing, especially since it's close to where I live.
Im not sure who i spoke to but i order often on Uber Eats and he recognised me and they always make my food with so much love.
The box is always filled so much that enough is left over for me to eat after and they always take care of me when i say white sauce only.
My latest order they gave me a complimentary tango bottle and i thank whoever it was i spoke to. My parents don’t usually eat fast food but seem to love their donor and chips.
You know the food is good when the kids plates have no left overs :)

I got food poisoning from here, giving me bad stomach acid and heartburn for a week after, as well as in bed for days because my stomach was so bad. I know it’s a kebab, but this has never happened to me in my life. The amount of pain i was in was immense.
One of my favourite joints. Their lamb shish is pretty good. Conveniently across the road from West Hampstead, it's sometimes my last stop home.
Really wanted to like this place but was disappointed. The place smells amazing and I had to try it. The doner portion size was great, but I ended up not feeling great after eating it. 2 stars because I felt pretty bad afterwards
