After hitting a pot hole in Old Stratford my insurance company wanted to immediately write off my vehicle! I phoned and spoke to John. He reassured me (as I was in a bit of a state) that it was probably a wheel spring, he came to take a look. He was exactly right, he repaired it very quickly and it's still going strong. Took my car for a service on a Saturday morning, they never did it because they “couldn't get the oil cap off”
Chubby older bloke on reception was rude and aggressive claiming they had tried to call me - they hadn't! Easily the most unprofessional and arrogant man i have ever dealt with in a professional setting, how this man is allowed to deal with customers i will never know.
Drove my car away that afternoon with no work being done - took it to kiln farm who did the whole thing with no problems at a much cheaper price.
Have since had threatening letters demanding money. Joke of a company.
Stay away!
Took my car elsewhere and it failed an MOT for the front shock having a "Serious Leak". Brought it to John's and he had two MOT techs look it over and both confirmed it was a bit weaker but was not a fail. Got a new MOT done the same day and saved a £350 'repair' bill.

John laughs at you when you ask a question. Arrogant & rude. Upset my partner a number of time. No choice but to go else where. Avoid this garage.
Broken down 10 miles from destination in Devon. Spoke to Spademan's who said bring back and they'll have a look. Needed the Van a few days later for a different holiday so had it recovered to their yard. They had to get a part sent away for repair and reconditioning. All done with a day to spare - family holiday saved! Thanks guys - great service.
I have taken my car for an MOT to this garage before and have been quite satisfied. My brakes failed a few weeks ago and I managed to get it to this garage. They said they would contact me with a quotation for the work and a week later hadn’t called. My husband and I went to see why this was and was told that they had been too busy to find out the cost of a part that was needed. They rang to get this price when we were there and kept us waiting for ages, eventually giving us a a quote. The person we spoke to was rude and unhelpful about booking the car in and eventually we left, picked up the car the next day and went to Dave at the Car Workshop, where the repair was undertaken efficiently and with kindness at under half the price quoted by this garage.
I am always a bit hesitant going to a new mechanic but was very pleased and happy with the service I received at this mechanics. All the mechanics were knowledgeable, professional and explained to me the process involved and how the diagnostics worked.Thank you to James, Gavin, John for making my experience seamless. I highly recommend this mechanics as I have experienced other mechanics in Milton Keynes and their standard has not been as high as John Spademans. I will be recommending this mechanics to family and friends without hesitation. A female friendly mechanic company where you are treated as an equal and spoken to with respect. All the work was undertaken in a thorough manner. I will not be using any other mechanics from now on A++++ service
