My daughter’s Audi A1 had some damage to the offside front wing. We were recommended to take it to JB Coachworks, by more than one person. I took the car there for a damage assessment and estimate for the cost of the repair work. The estimate was very reasonable, so at a later date, we booked it in for the repair work , subject to my daughter’s approval, of course! The car was in the repair shop for in excess of two days, exactly how long we were told the repairs would take. We were kept updated on the progress and anything extra which needed to be done to complete the work . When we collected the car, Jim showed us the finished job, with which we were absolutely delighted. Our daughter is also delighted with her shiny, now damage free car. I can’t praise Jim and his workers highly enough, for the fantastic standards of the work which was carried out on the car. Jim is such a nice, friendly man and we also had the pleasure of meeting his wife, who is equally as nice. Should we need any bodywork repairs done in the future, JB Coachworks will definitely be our go to place. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone we know who may require car bodywork repairs carried ou to the highest standards. Well done everyone for gaining another satisfied customer.

Second time I’ve used this service for bodywork repairs. On both occasions have been delighted with the extremely high quality of workmanship. No sign on the car of any damage ever having been there. Owner Jim is very professional, personable and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

I can't praise Jim enough, both for the outstanding paintwork repair he did on my car; and the customer service. This is the second time I’ve used this business for bodywork repairs.
Jim the owner was super efficient and pleasant to deal with. No messing around. Price was excellent too. Full breakdown of parts and labour was provided.
Work carried out on both cars was excellent as was his service. You can clearly see Jim and his team love their jobs and this is reflected in the brilliant service you get.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re thinking of taking your car into a dealership, don’t. JB coach-works deal with you direct or will deal with your insurer.
