Rude ignorant staff , didn’t manage to eat or even order customer who arrived after me was served first , I was totally ignored, definitely won’t be stopping again

Started off really friendly people and good food. Then orders started coming wrong, gave them the benefit of the doubt for the past month, as each time we mentioned they were very apologetic and would sort it. Or we would agree we would eat it if we could. However, today they totally messed the order up, we complained about one of the buns as the person just could not eat it, it was disgusting we tried but couldn't. So complained for a very snotty young "woman" to say quite abruptly, rude and snotty, "that's what you order" which it wasn't. They agreed to make a fresh butty which we actually ordered. But I'm sick of the comments now and the "customer service"

I'm a retired truck driver, Helen's is one of the best. Easy parking, great affordable food. Well done and keep up the good work.
