Eduard and Leah were excellent with my daughters this afternoon. Calm, professional and polite and put all of our minds at ease. Two lovely young women who will no doubt go far in their field. Thank you both.
The reception team are welcoming and friendly. Super efficient turn around from registration to first being seen. Both children are under 18 so we're registered for NHS treatment.
Would absolutely highly recommend.
Fabulous dental care. Me having had practice management experience in healthcare before and as a clinician, was very happy to see a neat building with friendly reception staff and a well managed health care centre. So well done to the management team and staff(they do a lot of hard work in the backstage and often gets forgotten since there isn’t a direct experience with service users). My direct experience was with Dr Louise, who is a wonderful lady dentist. She takes time to do the task very professionally. She listened to what I had to say, gave me a honest advice and even helped me a bit more with a temporary help (for free) which I needed with my loose crown. She has a pleasant demeanour about her and is very kind and warm in her attitude. Both my wife and I really liked her personality and highly recommend this dental care and Dr Louise. Thank you Dr and team.
Excellent dental staff very friendly. Dr Yousaf and his assistant Ms Maria did the root canal of my tooth. Both provide excellent service and care.
I’m new to this practice but I must say it’s the best one I’ve ever had.

I am a frequent flyer here, seemingly due to poor enamel on my teeth..! I always get fantastic service formerly with Alex, but more recently with Louise, who, with her dental nurse colleague recently completed the most painless filling I had ever had – thank you so much both!
I personally would not recommend this place as they simms a bit unorganised. I had to wait 1 hour and 40 min for a paid appointment without having any clue that how long we have to wait for. After experiencing my frustration towards the lovely reception staff, i was called immediately.
And the dentist advertised himself 3 times stating that it wasn't a easy task and this is why your local dentist referred you here, which make me giggle thinking "mate they don't have the facility to perform this task ????". Also he made a minor error during the procedure which caused/made the procedure lengthy unnecessarily.
I was very very nervous of going to the dentist but this practice was excellent,the dentist Mr Yousef listened to my concerns and was really understanding.

I’m new to using this dentist but I have to say it’s the best one I’ve ever had. The building & waiting room are beautiful & there is air conditioning for hot days which is always nice. But the best thing about this place is the people, all the girls on the front desk are so lovely, bubbly, and helpful. I’ve only had a checkup & a dental hygienist appointment but both were very easy, informative & accomplished the goal. I had Maryam as my hygienist & Sandi as my nurse, both very nice & friendly, did an amazing job I am very happy with the results and I particularly appreciate the helpful tips and information I received on how to care for my teeth & general health better. Also as a smoker/someone that doesn’t have the best teeth I really appreciate how I’ve never felt judged , like I have at previous dentists, i just felt supported . Overall, highly recommend this place ! X
