Avoid at all costs, I took a brand new expensive car for a cosmetic repair, they treated it like public bus, they left the boot and the doors open while sanding, the interior was covered in dust, the plastic seat cover they meant to use was rolled in a ball and sat on, the foot well was caked in mud, they left a nasty stain on the passenger side visor, finger prints on the glove box trying to open it, exterior was covered in dust and tape glue, they decided to jack the car up because the guy suffers from back pain to make it more comfortable for him to work on, they decided to take the bumper off to paint it totally unnecessary leaving a trim hanging on the underbody cover, they used my infotainment system logging in to Spotify, the owner doesn't answer the phone or email and not produced any written quote or invoice when requested, I asked for a phone call to understand why my car was treated this, and he's not interested in the slightest, no one at the office during opening hours to speak to, the paint itself wasn't great either after inspection during the day, I have no idea how you're still in business.
Brilliant service, very fair price, incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs some car bodywork done to a very high standard without being ripped off. Outstanding.

My car was in for repair on third party insurance and these guys still gave 5-star service, I was made to feel like a person as opposed to another job, the courtesy car was new and fantastic (not just a banger) we are now three weeks later and i needed to communicate and Brad answered the phone "Alright Scott how's the car"??

How many places store customers names and treat them like friends!?? I can't praise them enough and I'll definitely be making the journey over if my car needs work done that I have to pay for!!
They even said to drop in for a coffee if I'm passing!!

I was really hopeful when my car was sent to Eilte after an accident, after reading all the reviews on here.
Communication at the start was good and felt like it was going ok. It took a week for my car to get from the recovery yard to the garage. I was told I’d get a curtesy car delivered to my house but I had to go and pick it up. The car is awful - interior lights don’t work, there’s a warning that it needs to see a garage and one of the tyres is going flat. I haven’t been able to get through to the garage or speak to anyone for weeks. Have no idea what’s going on with my car or when I’ll get it back. So disappointed with the service I’ve had. Especially after reading all the good reviews
Easy accessible location, those guys are using the top range tools and methods. What I saw is that they repair commercial vehicles too.There you can see car for £1000 or for a £50 000. There is no impossible job for them, highly recommended! They've done some repairs to my W212 E300.
Amazing experience, nothing was to much, very professional throughout and my car looks like brand new!! HIGHLY RECCOMEND.
