Been with this Surgery for last 18 years or so, recently things look so messed up. You'd be lucky to have an appointment and the recommended app never worked for me, they always asked me to come in person after 11 to discuss about the app but when I reached 11 , reception staff asked me to come back after 12 and he told me on my face that he can't book my appointment himself, looked more that he don't want to
The best GP service I ever had for the last eight years. Upon requesting for a call back I received the call back within the specific time.whenever I requested for the repeat medications I always got it done immediately. Great and the most helpful experience I had from this surgery. Doctor and the staff are multilingual which itself makes it stand out from other surgeries. Dr sathyajith knows what he is saying and doing.
I have been with this surgery for nearly 2 years now and so far, I could say it's the best because of the exceptional treatment and advice of Dr Bapu Sathyajith.
Before this, I was with 2 other Surgeries in London and it was not good unfortunately.
I am so lucky to have finally found this surgery for me and my family.
The doctor considers every single problem you say with utmost care and treats accordingly (unlike other Surgeries who just prescribe Ibuprofen for any issues you have).

Ever since the surgery has come under new management I’ve noticed significant improvements. The surgery is efficient with appointment booking, callbacks and reminders.
Dr Bapu Sathyajith offers exceptional treatment and advice. He is attentive and ensures you receive a timely and accurate diagnosis.
I just saw Dr Abbasi (locum). This Dr is FANTASTIC. best locum Dr I've ever spoken too. She is a real professional. Dr. Bapu and his team are really nice too. Keep up the good work!!!!
I advise you to stay away from this clinic as far as possible. I had a side effect from antibiotics. After the night shift, I turned to them for help. The receptionist said he would call very soon. I waited all day for a phone call, did not go to sleep, I was afraid to miss the call. I waited for the call until 4 pm. I came to them. From their negligence and irresponsibility, I became nervous. 24 hours without sleep with kidney pain, pressure in the eyes and dizziness and they forgot to call me. If I hadn't come, they certainly wouldn't have called me. I went to the hospital again. Now it's up to you. Do you need such a GP, that is irresponsible to your health.
The reason for my five star rating is because of the five star experience I had from Dr Sathyajith and the staff from the surgery. Quick response either by telephone or face to face. Fast response to repeat requests. I recommend this surgery for everyone. The staff and Doctor Sathyajith speaks English malayalam tamil hindi and few other languages which is of great help. Very compassionate to the elderly
I am disheartening how the surgery management staff give their policy code for online access appointments for elderly patients who can’t always log on to system and wait for grandchildren return from school to make an appointment theirs no compassion and elderly care left to manage on their own in newham GP surgery it’s all about numbers and tick boxes, even when you say I am next kin which their have on system but I can’t do it from my end as I live fare away from my parents, he that’s ill he can’t give me the details over his mobile phone, before any one comments I should know them Patience access point always has issue with password so my parents have changed several times and make note, but forget where their wrote down, due to old age memories issue.
When old practice Dr Krishnamurty was their I have never had any issue. After reading the surgery CQC Report looks like management need shake up your can’t always blame Dr Bupna if he doesn’t hear about it.
