This pharmacy is the best, the staff are so helpful and friendly they go above and beyond so helpful, I’ve been in the pharmacy a lot for advice and meds for myself and my poorly baby they have been amazing. Quick, reliable and efficient. Thank you crowland pharmacy

It is a well stocked pharmacy with nice people working there. Could have proper opening times online, so people would not drive from other villages here during their lunch time, they are closed 1-2pm.

The new owners are in an entirely different league to the previous crew. Pre ordered prescriptions are now ready for collection, whereas previously it was very rare, even after 7 days. Covid regulations make life difficult for them, but there are normally no problems getting served. Their delivery service for prescriptions is excellent

This is by far the worst chemist I have had to deal with. You are ignored as soon as you walk in. Your prescription which has been pre ordered by your Dr's surgery is never ready even when they have had two weeks to prepare it or they have lost it. The staff are rude & argumentative when you simply question why hasn't it been done.
They say it's the take over of new owners for the problem, even though this problem has occurred so many times for the last few years.
