Undoubtedly one of the best bar restaurant in Sakon Nakhon. Very good atmosphere, thai and western food, beers, spirits, cocktails, good music and billiard.
Chily Bar is well worth a visit. Close to Robinson mall.
Totally recommended.
This is one chill place ... Cool decor, plenty of options to quench one's thirst and or to go for a graze, friendly team, pool table, big screen sports and ample car parking. I will be back ...
