I've been using these guys for about 5 years and 2 cars, and I always find them friendly, honest and very competent - I trust them.
First of all following some comments, I confirm that they are very rude and thieves. Got my MOT done, two days after the air bag light appeared. I took the car back to be checked, they kept it all day and the diagnostic was that it would cost me £700 to fix and I paid £40 for this check??? In the meantime a friend of mine who knows about cars fiddle with cables under the driver seat connected the air bag and sorted the issue. Saved £700. Don't go there!!!
Quick, competent and fairly priced. Managed to pick the car up, do an MOT and drop it off again within two hours at a day's notice. Will be using again for anything else that the car needs.
I randomly went to this place when I needed an overdue MOT doing and this was the only garage that would fit me in. That was around ten years ago and I've kept going back for all sorts. This lot are honest, competent and good value for money.
Called for a quote to replace a clutch and was told they'd ring back with a quote. Never bothered. Obviously don't need the business
Would not recommend in fact stay away from this garage had a new engine put into my car shortly before Christmas by this garage cost me almost £3500 with labour the attitude of one chap there (BRIAN) was rude and extremely aggressive (He also expected me to have paid for the work before I picked the car up) when I went to check the car out while waiting for the funds to transfer he snatched the keys out of the ignition once the transfer had been done and I had made payment I had to wait for 20-30 minutes before I got my keys back and then waited for the car that was parked across my car to be removed before I could leave was then told I would need to bring the car back after 500 miles to have it checked over which at no extra cost I took in this morning as agreed to then be told that they would be charging me I said that this was not what I was told when I got my car back and paid for it , Then The same man (BRIAN) said I don’t like you leave and get your work done elsewhere
Highly unprofessional
I have had to take back into a garage yesterday due to engine problems turns out an earthing wire had come off the back of the engine which was recently replaced
And I am never rude or aggressive I just respond in away that is honest and true
And that’s clearly what makes some people uncomfortable.
I only had minor bits and MOT done here but it seems like they just get on with it, charge you fairly and don't mess you about, which is all you want really!
Helped me out with a problem. Good price - £60 per hour. Not rip off merchants. Will use them again.
