Lovely staff and good food. Has both a vegan and gluten free menu and the friendly staff where fantastic about checking things. The chips where spot on! It felt very nostalgic from the brown seating to the banana milkshake.
Unpleasant middle aged lady took our order, no smile or welcome. Was very rude to somebody on the phone whilst in clear earshot of customers. Chunky veg soup with roll and cheese 'special' was unavailable so we accepted leek and potato as an alternative. However, we were charged inflated price for a small bowl of packet powdered soup (totally liquid) and no cheese. This and 2 teas came to £19.80!! Left a bad taste - in more ways than one...
The younger lady who served us was very pleasant.
Staff extremely helpful when asked about vegan and gluten free food. Excellent service and great food Would thoroughly recommend.
Came here for a quick lunch before a visit to Pembroke Castle. Great selection of warm home cooked food - exactly what you need on a chilly day. Cup of tea and a toastie went down a treat
Delicious mega breakfast, fantastic service.
Opened at 9, but door was open a bit earlier, and we were made very welcome even though was early. Lovely view of the garden from the outdoor seating area. Also allowed a little swapping of breakfast items. Fab place.
Great retro atmosphere! A group of hardworking staff (perhaps not the happiest)... Prices have increased, so breakfast + drinks for family of 7 costed £72.

Was very excited for this after a recommendation from a friend. Someone was very lazy in the kitchen. Nearly raw chips, microwaved chicken pie, ham and cheese toastie was cold and massive chunks of onion in the salad.
Very disappointed, hope it was a one off.
