Without doubt, an exceptional company who went far beyond what one might expect, in terms of service and support. Following a totally inept performance from my (Austrian) breakdown service and their contract with a well-known British breakdown service, Ashford Recovery stepped up and enabled me to resume my journey after I was stranded in Dover. They were informative, helpful and resourceful in terms of assisting me locate a repair garage, after repeated failures to do so by the breakdown services I had under contract.
I thoroughly recommend Ashford Recovery and, in particular, must mention Jill who, whilst clearly under the weather with a bad cold, was instrumental in successfully helping me out. Thank you!

If I could give more stars I would. The gentleman who came out to me I believe is new to the business but acted like a complete professional. He's a true asset to the company; a very genuine and kind person who delivered myself and my car swiftly and safety to the garage.
Difficult recovery of large car broken down on my drive. Took ages to manoeuvre onto truck, but done with patience and great attitude... delivered swiftly to local dealership.... really good service.
Called recovery at 11.00 in the morning. Finally arrived at 19.00hrs. Keep getting text messages pushing the arrival time later and later. Very frustrating!!

I had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with a girl called Leah, she was very abrupt and I could tell didn’t want to help me, and her phone manner was discourteous and rude, when I asked for her name at the end of the call, she said it once quietly then basically shouted it down the phone when asked again, I think she could benefit from some training in dealing with people over the phone as it wasn’t a pleasure to speak to her.
