Absolutely amazing service on Friday. The staff and pharmacist went above and beyond for me in my hour of need. Great opening hours. Couldn’t recommend more I hope the staff on Friday night have a wonderful festive season.
Rang around 30 times after 3 or 5 rings they hang up on you.. just what youd expect really from a poorly ran chemist was told by doctor to ring chemist for a routine phone call ??? Why bother telling someone to ring and they just hang up after 3 or 4 rings. ???
Stood waiting in cue to be told a prescription wouldn’t be made as there was a long cue there was too much talking as only one person on behind the counter and one in front plus the lady behind dealing with tablets plainly said she was not qualified to do tablet
No card payments about 2 months ago, went to collect another prescription today... Still no card payments and nearest cash machine out of order. Looks like another prescription I'm not going to get. Totally useless.
Ordered my repeat prescription and a couple of days later phoned them to make sure it was ready before i arrived as travelling causes me a lot of pain because of my surgery removing a tumour from my spine and the loss of nerves causes me lots of pain, when i call in to make sure its ready and then to travel through to find its not ready and asked to return tomorrow even though i was told its ready! Travelling causes me a lot of discomfort so i try to keep it at a minimum and there mistake has cost me petrol and pain, i will be changing my doctors after this because the service is constantly ridiculous
Usually not too bad and good opening hours. Like most pharmacies certain medication is hard to obtain. A Brexit bonus!!!!

Absolutely disgusting pharmacy, never has any medication and when they do they give you the wrong one and not what you have gone for then when you return with the unopened medication through a fault of theirs have to pay again for items that you went for originally cost over 50.00 for 3 items!! And the service is always so slow and rude
