I have a mixed review. We ordered the beef and cheddar, one sandwich being the free deal. It was excellent!!! Full of beef and plenty of sauce. My husband bought the same deal Monday the 15th. Our sandwiches were half the size as the others. Even the bun was different. He would have taken them back but he was pressed for time. We are frequent customers at this location. The fish was absolutely fantastic. We order online.
Fish sandwich without fish? Yes! I didn't see any fish in my sandwich.... Arbys Graceland, Columbus OH.
The service here is really good, but they always seem to be understaffed with 1 or 2 people working. Even though they are stressed from working by themselves or with minimal help, they are always really nice. The people at the drive thru are always very friendly and make sure you have what you need.
Unfortunately the food just is not good, that’s just what it comes down to. The fries are always soggy or taste like bad grease, the chicken sandwich is always over cooked, dried out and lacking chicken itself. One time it was just a slab of hard, burnt batter, it was inedible. The roast beef can be OK sometimes, but it just seems to be dry, rubbery or lacking any flavor at all most times.
The restaurant itself seems clean, never gotten sick here or anything, it’s just that the food is not good.
I give 2 stars just for service.
The food isn't that great anymore but the great customer service I get when I get to the window in the Drive-Thru is priceless. Every time I go there no matter who is in the window they are so nice there's even one guy that sings all the time. Even though the food over the years has not been great as an alternative to eating the same old thing everyday I will still go to the Arby's right on main Street in Reynoldsburg because of the people
Always liked the brisket but somebody at this location thinks burying everything that remotely resembles meat with the sauce is good eating. Every inch covered, smothered in that sauce. All you really need is about as much as you would put ketchup or something on a burger. One bite of this particular sandwich though, was like a mouthful of ketchup and nothing else. Revolting. I spat it out and tossed the rest. I can’t even think of Arby’s without getting ill now! The people are nice. Not very fast and not well trained on condiments.
Had great service, good food, place was clean. Not a place for a celiac...
I also have to mention that this was a really nice looking Arby's on the inside.
I have some very interesting drink choices here. It is a coke shop, but they have Dr. Pepper, diet, Dr. Pepper, mellow, yellow, and Fanta, just to name a few.
My wife and I love this Arbys been going here for years and is our favorite Arbys. We live in Worthington and come to this location on N High St near Graceland.
I want to apologize for the quality of the images. My iPhone totally tricked me when I took the photos they looked great but I didn’t check them in photos before eating when I went to review I saw some were blurred out.
I ordered the the smokehouse brisket, it’s one of my favorite but I like most of Arby’s combos. They made it perfect! Also ordered a beef N cheddar classic for my wife, she gets the sauces on the side, and you can see they actually listened!
We ordered a large curly fry which were awesome, and we both love Arby’s mozzarella sticks they are the BEST.
Everything ordered was as good as could be. No long wait in the drive thru line, even got given a free bottle of water at the window. Price was even low, all food costed $20.94 which is good for what we got.
I recommend this Arby’s above others if you can make it here. Not too many fast food chains in the area are as good as this location is, not a fan of the area but the Arby’s is worth checking out.
The food is always great. Hot, prepared right, and a huge selection of choices. Sadly it's also $$$$ compared to the many other FF choices.
