New Deluxe Wagu Burger with large crinkle cut fries and Orange cream shake. Customer service was great and the orange shake was outstanding. The new burger was pretty good and the feelers were really good.
My experience was so bad I'm turned against eating fast food now. First I sent someone to get my lunch and a she was placing the order she requested for fresh hot food. I was on the phone. The cashier said we cook to order. Get my food, I have 6 ketchup packs on top of my fries(gross) and I removed a few too feel that they were cold. Chicken tenders were refried, dark and hardyou could see the old batter. I leave my business to go and return the food only for the door to be locked. Someone let me in, I'm assuming an employee and I go to the counter. Music blasting, no smell of food at all. The fry guy is peeping while the young lady call the manager to give me my money back. Oh the music is off at this point. I watch as fry guy send another burnt order out. I told the cashier to tell him he know he wouldn't eat anything like that. I left feeling like the cooks are rubbing the meat between their legs, that's how little they care about this establishment or their customers. They need to close down for a few days and revamp this place. No more fast food for me. I'm traumatized.
Few day's later this is on the window.
I tried the new steakhouse garlic ribeye sandwich with 2 sides, the crinkle fries and jalapeño bites.

This location is horrible! Please find yourself another Arby’s location. I have went to this location twice within a week and I have gotten COLD/OLD FOOD, even after asking them at the speaker to make sure that my food is fresh and telling them that I will pull around for the freshly prepared food. This location needs a completely new staff and new management due to poor comprehension, lack of communication, and poor customer service! I give this location a zero star.
Great service! Friendly employees! Food was hot and fresh! I recommend to anyone looking for some decent fast food!
I interacted with all three visible staff members. One was borderline curt with another who prepared our order quickly and accurately. The third was friendly, respectful and obviously took pride in her ability to provide outstanding customer service.
As I said, the order was not only prepared correctly (in my experience a true rarity in Baton Rouge) it was hot where appropriate and cold where appropriate. It was fresh and delivered quickly.
The Mac n Cheese balls are yum! Get some marinara for dipping. I also like to get the gyro with turkey meat. So good.
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and some mozzarella sticks from the drive-thru. After waiting about 5 minutes at the window they finally came out. I wasn't too upset about the weight expecting that everything would be hot and fresh. Drove the 3 minutes home and the mozzarella sticks were already cold as ice. The crispy chicken sandwich ended up being a roast beef sandwich instead. Very disappointed as usually Arby's is one of my favorite quick service restaurants to eat at
